⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very impressed with the Nebility Waist Trainer! It provides excellent tummy control and creates a smooth, flattering silhouette under clothing without feeling overly restrictive. The material is comfortable and breathable enough for all-day wear, and the adjustable hooks and straps make it easy to find the perfect fit. I also love that it stays in place and doesn't roll down like some other shapewear products I've tried. It offers great support for my back and posture while still allowing me to move comfortably throughout the day. Overall, this waist trainer delivers exactly what it promises — a more defined waistline and extra confidence in fitted outfits. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and effective shapewear.

Works really well and does snatch you in. You have the capability to loosen or tighten and the feature I love the most is that you can adjust the buttons to your comfort level and you don’t have to snap them all together at the same snapping point if that makes sense. So for example my upper abdomen is not too fat so I use the first snaps for the upper abdomen and the mid and lower section I button them on the 2nd and 3rd hooks for more tightness around the mid section. It’s comfortable and breathable. It is priced lower for what its worth if you ask me. I love this the only down fall is that I have a big butt and its no cut out for your buttocks so it does fit tight at the bottom of your back where your butt is if you have a small booty it wont be an issue just keep that in mind for wearing clothes I only wear it around the house post tummy tuck. If your wondering just buy it you wont regret it.

i am 5'7 and 140-ish lbs. i did go two sizes down from the recommended based on my waist size (37 inches), and honestly it's still pretty comfortable and fits quite well! definitely can't eat a super big meal in it though! ive found bending and sitting is quite comfortable. the material is a little uncomfortable for me, as i have eczema so anything hugging my skin is kind of awful, but i didn't notice any super bad itching! i had my husband try it to get a difference of opinion on the material, and he said it feels so comfy he could work in it haha! i haven't yet tested working out in it, but i can imagine it wont be too difficult based on what i do for work (stocker). i feel more confident wearing my tighter clothing :)! i gained a lot of weight pretty rapidly, and i have dreaded buying new clothes. this is helping prevent that :D!

I got a medium when size chart recommended a large thinking I'd get more use out of it as I lose weight but the medium im already on the tightest hook, if it loses any elasticity or I lose a little it'll be big. It hurts when sitting because no boning so it digs in. Good for standing or walks but not for a lot of bending upper body movement. For the price it's worth a shot it does hold you in well material seems sturdy enough

It is a great product. It doesn’t roll down and it keep both your upper and lower abdomen tight. It’s also comfortable. I totally recommend it.

This thing works. Like, REALLY works. As with any body shaping or weight loss product, paying attention to your diet and exercise is vital, but ever since I started wearing this, my results have been both faster and more noticable. Nearly every family member I've seen since I started using this has made a comment about how much weight I lost. It's incredible just how effective this is. It's also shockingly comfortable. I was worried about breathability compared to another waist trainer I got at the same time, but surprisingly this turned out to be the more comfy of the two by a huge margin. it's not itchy, it's nice and sturdy, and the tightness options give you a good amount of control of how snug you want it to be. It REALLY gives you that hourglass shape. I can't recommend this enough. It's genuinely changed my day-to-day life. It even helps me subconsciously watch my food intake better because I can literally feel myself getting full sooner than I would if I wasn't wearing it. I feel healthier, more confident, more motivated to work on my body shape than ever before--and people notice. A lot.

For off I have some back issues and this IS NOT medical advise but I have been using this for a few days when I need to be busy cleaning and moving. It has helped with reducing my back strain. I am a short 160 lbs and have a belly. The xl was able to slightly compress me without being too uncomfortable. If you want a slight compressing and something to hold you in with good waist control, this is so worth the price. I will also say it is hand wash only and does not retain sweaty smells so there is that. I will not exaggerate and say it gave me a Barbie doll figure cuz it did not but IT DID look like I lost 5 lbs. I recommend for someone who needs a little waist training but this will not make miracles happen.

I bought this specifically for abdominal support post standard tummy tuck and being released to return to work. I am 5'8" 180lbs, and naturally have pronounced hips and ribcage prior to my procedure. I am currently 3 weeks post op and have tested this out once. I put it over my stage 2 faja. On the widest setting for the eye hooks, I was able to close it. It was very snug, but not painful. I couldn't really do much because it was hard to breathe after how exhausted I was closing it up properly. Again, I am only 3 weeks post op, so there is a lot of very normal life that wipes me out in minutes. As I drain more fluid each day and become stronger, I have a lot of faith in this garment. At this junction, I am giving it a solid 5 starts. It is high quality, the price is reasonable, it has fabulous stretch, and an even bettersnatched. If my feelings change after using it at work (Im a bartender and landscaper), I will update accordingly. I will also update if it exceeds my expectations. UPDATE: I am now 4.5 weeks post op and using this mostly at night while I sleep. The top and bottom bands can clip to the tightest, while the middle one is still on the lowest. I can breathe and move around easily in it. Under it, I opt out of my faja and put on a very tight compression tank that reaches past my hips. I am very pleased with this item, and plan to order it in a smaller size soon.
