Muy buena creatina y fácil de tomar
Estoy muy contenta con esta creatina. Es monohidratada, se disuelve fácilmente y no tiene un sabor fuerte, por lo que resulta muy cómoda para tomar a diario. El envase es práctico, incluye dosificador y la cantidad cunde bastante. Me gusta que sea un producto vegano y de buena calidad. Una buena opción para quienes buscan creatina monohidratada pura y sencilla de incorporar a su rutina. La recomiendo.

Ça fait une semaine que j'ai commencé à prendre cette créatine. Pour le moment, je ne sais pas si elle fait son effet, mais il me semble qu'il faut la prendre plusieurs jours pour avoir le résultat. Au goût, c'est neutre. Facile à boire.

Uso la creatina Bandini da qualche mese e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Il fatto che sia Creapure® per me ha fatto la differenza: è la forma di creatina monoidrata certificata per purezza, e si nota sia nella resa che nella tollerabilità. Niente gonfiore, niente fastidi gastrointestinali come mi era capitato con altri marchi più economici. La polvere, come tutte le creatine monoidrate richiede un minimo di agitazione (acqua tiepida aiuta). Sapore neutro, quindi la butto direttamente nello shaker post allenamento o, se mi dimentico, in un bicchiere d'acqua a colazione. Una scelta o l'altra non cambia molto: quello che conta è la costanza. Sui benefici: dopo le prime due settimane ho iniziato a notare ripetute più solide soprattutto sulle serie pesanti, e un recupero migliore tra una sessione e l'altra. Niente di miracoloso, sia chiaro, la creatina non sostituisce allenamento e alimentazione, ma è uno degli integratori con più letteratura scientifica alle spalle e Bandini lo propone in una versione che vale i soldi spesi. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, confezione comoda, dosatore incluso. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente. Consigliato.
