A Great Pasta Option for Low Carb Diets
These Konjac Shirataki Noodles are an excellent choice for those seeking a low-carb, keto, and paleo-friendly pasta alternative. A generous 52.8 ounces offers great value and plenty of servings for anyone on a health-conscious diet. These noodles are made from konjac root, which makes them incredibly low in calories and carbohydrates. The texture is chewy and slightly gelatinous, and provides a satisfying bite that holds up well in various dishes. They absorb sauces effectively, making them versatile for a range of recipes from stir-fries to soups.Overall, it is a smart option for anyone looking to enjoy pasta without the carbs. It’s a reliable pantry staple for keto and paleo followers and anyone aiming for healthier eating without giving up comfort food. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try if you want a guilt-free pasta experience.

Delicious, easy, quick
These are good. Easy to make and absorb the flavor pretty well. My kids loved them too. The texture is nice, the cooking time is fast, it would be nice to get more in a package for the amount you pay. So good though

Tasty for stir fry
Taste great and work great in stir fries. As long as they don't raise the price (they are usually $15-17 per box), I will continue to buy and enjoy this brand.

Low Calorie But Rubbery!
I'm giving them 4 stars because I love the fact that they are CLOSE to 0 calories BUT I'm not super excited about the rubbery texture unfortunately. If you can find a way to improve the texture of these noodles then please let me know. At least I'm saving calories and enjoying the delicious sauce on top of them! Enjoy!

Surprisingly good!
I have been buying these noodles for about two months. I like eating the light Progresso soup for lunch and putting a pack of these noodles in with it. Since they are almost no calories, they add a lot of bulk to a light soup while maintaining the low calories. They kind of are the texture of ramen noodles but they have no flavor on their own. It's good if you let them sit in the soup a little bit to absorb some flavor.I'm experimenting with them in other ways, such as with spaghetti sauce. They are good as spaghetti but make sure you rinse the noodles off and dry them before putting sauce on them. I hear they're good in stir fry and I look forward to trying that. They are a little expensive but not too bad.

Decent Low-Carb Alternative, But Not for Me
I decided to try these konjac shirataki noodles since I’m on a low-carb diet and needed some variety in my meals. The portion size is great, one packet is more than enough for two servings. I also like that they’re low-calorie, sugar-free, and keto-friendly, which makes them a good alternative for pasta lovers looking to cut carbs. That said, the texture is definitely interesting, it doesn’t taste or feel anything like traditional pasta. It’s clear, has no flavor, and absolutely needs seasoning or sauce to make it enjoyable. I did my best to dress it up with flavors, and while it helped a little, I just couldn’t get past the texture.I finished the box of 6 packs, but I probably wouldn’t buy them again. If you’re used to shirataki noodles or don’t mind the texture, they’re a great low-carb option. But if you’re expecting anything close to real pasta, this might not be for you!

Underrated
These are really good quality.People saying they are bad do not understand what they are buying. But an excellent replacement for sweet potato noodle in particular I would say konjac is only mildly different in the texture. Its also a good replacement for fried noodles, though they do tend to break under heat so use the wisely, or fry first.

Very good. Love these

Good texture
I actually like the texture and the price was on par, or a bit cheaper than in my grocery store for similar products.

Excellent, just a bit pricey is all…
Just tried these. Not like other konjac noodles. No foul smell. Taste just like normal rice noodles when rinsed for a minute and fried. Very minimal rubbery texture however. Did not effect my enjoyment once chicken, pepper and garlic salt added. I’m diabetic and zero effect on insulin my requirement. Can’t say enough. Pricey unfortunately. Great if you can afford it.

Excellent
Delicious and great for managing weight. I usually put some tomato sauce, can of tuna and love it that way.
