Both but more on the inside, it never worked for me was a waste of money

Whats the difference between this and the one with the applicator tubes?

As far as I am aware the only difference is how you apply it. My wife was uncomfortable with the idea of sticking an applicator up before sex so we just used the lube on its own on both her and me. Personal choices I guess but it didn’t impact on how quickly we got pregnant.
