Glad to see these on the market for wellness reasons. Good flavor and crispy chips. I found them rather salty, but I also prefer low or no-salt items overall. In small amounts, they are just fine. Price is a downside, but the lack of bad ingredients is a huge plus for my crew. Will buy again.

Chips seem to be over cooked. Just this side of burned. Some even had a burned taste. Update: the vendor replaced my order and the chips tasted much better. This product sells for$2.99 per oz. I expect them to be a higher price than reg chips ($.50 per oz) but not 5 times higher.

These are tasty! I’m familiar with foods cooked in tallow, so I knew they would be the thicker style of chip. I like potatoes, so it’s not a problem to have potato in my potato chip! They are lightly salted. Do I wish they had a lower price? Yes, I do! HOWEVER, the truth is that it costs money to grow and process food without chemicals that will make me, or even worse, make my children sick. And it costs money to pay people living wages. We are just so used to food being cheap but crappy. I can afford a bag of these occasionally as a nice treat. And I appreciate that food and business minded folks are making foods without seed oils; not only are they also bad for one’s health in the quantity we consume, but some of us are allergic to them! So Thank You for making these. You are doing a nice thing!

MY CHIPS ARE BURNT! I have ordered these several times in the past and have Always Loved them. Just received a new delivery and first bag is burnt! I'm going to be REALLY upset if the rest are like this! Too Expensive to have to throw away.

I was really curious to try these chips after hearing about the simple ingredients and tallow cooking method. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first because I saw some mixed reviews mentioning stale chips, but I’m happy to say that wasn’t my experience at all. The bags I received were fresh, nicely sealed, and the chips were super crisp! The flavor is rich and savory thanks to the beef tallow - it gives the chips a more satisfying, almost hearty taste compared to regular seed oil chips. They’re thicker than a Lay’s chip, but not quite as thick as Ruffles, and have a really enjoyable crunch. If you’re looking for a cleaner snack with no weird oils or additives, these are worth trying.
