I recently purchased this dining table set from Shri Mintu’s Art, and I’m extremely happy with it. The table and chairs are made of solid wood, and the quality feels very premium. It was very easy to assemble, took hardly any time, and all the parts fit perfectly. The cushion on the chairs is very comfortable, and the rattan fabric backrest adds a stylish and classy look to the whole setup. Unprofessional and Worst customer service
I purchased a dining table from the seller Mintu, and received chairs that had loose joints. They then sent me a replacement, but one of the chairs arrived defective and broken. Since then, the seller has been promising to provide another replacement, but we still haven’t received any update or response. The customer service is very disappointing. They asked us not to place a return request on Amazon saying they would handle it themselves, and we trusted them. Now my calls and messages are not being answered, and I am left with a defective, broken chair even after paying the full amount. The seller also speaks very rudely whenever they do answer the phone. Kindly do not purchase them this seller.
