Great for core exercises postpartum. Only downside is that it’s hard to keep air in for a long period of time.

Just what i needed for physical therapy

My daughter was in physical therapy, and now that she's done, I have her continue some of the same exercises at home. This ball has been useful for hip stability exercises. It's soft, has a good grip, and has so far been durable (she squeezes the ball between her knees for one of her exercises, and it has held up). It comes with a "straw" that is used to help you blow up and inflate the ball, which was fairly easy to do. I've kept in on hand for when the ball starts to deflate in the future, as is expected with exercise balls.

Use this regularly for my Pilates at home classes.

What the heck?!! After opening and inflating this ball, I set it up on our headboard. It sat for about a month, and when I went to take it off to clean the headboard, it was stuck with a sticky residue. When I tried to clean the residue, it completely stripped the paint off of the (expensive) headboard. Completely down to the wood grain. I'm shocked and wish I could return. This thing is toxic and Amazon needs to pull its listing. (Before posting this review, I did a search and found it did the same thing to another buyer's furniture). I'm so pi$$ed!

I’ve been using this Pilates Ball since I finished Physical Therapy a few months ago for L4 nerve compression. I enjoyed using the same model at PT and I continue to utilize it daily as part of my routine. It’s well made and easily re-inflates. Very practical at a reasonable price.
