This product really fulfilled my expectations. The first day I had 7 or 8 Lozenges and 3 cigarettes in the evening, the second and third day I reduced already the Lozenges to 5-7 and reduced also to 2 cigarettes in the evening. After the first week I reduced to less than 5 Lozenges a day and I finished my last package of cigarettes by smoking one before going to sleep. After the second week I reduced to max. 2 Lozenges a day and none during weekend, no more cigarettes as my package is empty. I'm now almost in my third week and I don't feel the need to have a cigarette, I only use a Lozenge when I crave for a cigarette and I only have this feeling in the evening after work.
