Excellent fry pans
The build quality is excellent. They have performed as advertised. I like the fact that they are thicker because of the stainless steel which makes heat control much better. Food slides right out no sticking. Would have preferred if there was a set with lids. I had to purchase them separately. Only time will tell about durability.

Surprisingly good
These pans are great, easy to clean, easy to cook with nothing sticks to it. I plan on buying more. And they look good too. I have a glass cooktop and I had to find pans that would not scratch and these are Smooth

My new favorite skillet. I like it better than my d3 All Clad non stick skillet
I bought this pair of skillets when the non stick coating on my All Clad d3 skillet began to delaminate along the top edge. These pans are amazingly slippery to cook in. 3 egg omelets remain too slippery in the pan to fold them in half except as I slide them out onto the plate. I've read reviews in Wire Cutter and other places that warn of the pans losing their non stick quality over time, but I discovered after cooking some veggie burgers that left the pan sticky, that all you need to do to restore the pan to like new condition is to swipe it out with a melamine sponge as you wash it to remove the carbonized bits from foods that leave them in the pan. Be sure to buy the glass cover sold separately on Amazon.

Not what as expected
I have followed every single direction to improve durability that green pan had given and yet the inside coating is coming out and everything in the pan has started to stick . Yes itโs easy to clean if thing have not stick to it. Definitely not value for money heavy in weight. Size is appropriate. Not sure about safety now that the pan is pealing

Nice pans, but not non-stick
Not very non-stick, even when following the instructions. They work great sometimes and others they stick and leave a mess. if you are looking for non-stick, not recommended by me.

Truly nonstick! Easy to clean.
Egg whites didn't stick. I used a tiny bit of olive oil and had perfect fried rice, with no mess to clean up afterwards. I am so glad I found these pans - they are well worth the money!

Excellent pans. Coming from pos hexiclad. Whats nice is my hexiclad lids fit these.

Excellent Nonstick Skillets
Excellent nonstick skillets. I've had many skillets over the years, but never ones that were truly nonstick. So far, these have exceeded my expectations. I purchased two sizes and have been using them both. Love the handles and weight of them.
