These are easier to take rather than adding the resin to a drink and messing around with the sticky resin. My preference is the resin, but these are handy to have alongside for days when you can’t make a drink to add the resin too. Some additional info on Shilajit from my own personal findings are below: I’ve been using Shilajit resin for a while now, trying these capsules I haven’t noticed a drop in the benefits and my energy levels are the same as when I was taking the resin, so I’m happy the dose gives me the same benefits and effectiveness as the resin. I’m always mindful of the placebo effect but if it helps to improve the start of my day then it’s a win for me! I love the concept of "destroyer of fatigue" from these. I have heard of Shilajit for a while and so was excited to give this a go. I went doctors recently due to fatigue and found out I was deficient in many vitamins and minerals which is most likely causing the fatigue. Have been taking these coupled with a strong multi vitamin and an improved diet and this has changed my energy levels dramatically. I am more alert at work and more capable of doing things which would have previously tired me. Easy to swallow and so far, it is proving effective. I will of course need to monitor myself but this has been a great addition to a changed lifestyle for me.

These capsules provide a convenient way of adding shilajit to the daily routine. The capsules are slightly on the larger side of normal, but I find them easy enough to swallow. Each one provides 1000mg of shilajit and the recommended dose is two per day, so the jar actually provides a one month supply and not two as advertised. As with most shilajit variations I’ve tried, my focus is sharper and I stay alert for a lot longer. The only difference is that the benefits take a little longer the kick in than when using the resin. Personally, I much prefer the resin to capsules because the taste has grown on me and the effects are more immediate. However, if travelling then I’d much rather carry a tub of capsules than a jar of resin. I can recommend these capsules.

A good dose in tablet form. Much easier than taking the resin and has a decent effect. No bad taste and easy to swallow. Good quality would recommend.

Good quality product, capsules are smaller than many alternatives which makes them easier to swallow. Very little taste/smell with these which I also like. Have been taking shilajit for years - can't comment on the efficacy of these particular ones just yet, though the strength is good.

Results will not be immediate but properties of the capsules suggest a good result. In terms of overall well being. Reasonably priced
