I absolutely love this supplement, I have tried all the powder drinks, that cost an arm and a leg, this is cheaper than all of them. My regularity has improved 100%+, it's gentile on the stomach (I'm 82 years old, and I need gentle), and being in a nice, neat no mess capsule, that makes it even better. Take two a day, I take one at breakfast, and my second one at dinner. No mess, no fuss! The full, bloated feeling, not going every day, those days are gone.

I have been taking these daily for over two weeks without any issue. They are easy to swallow with a drink, preferably something flavored. There is a slight taste if the capsules linger on your tongue, which can best be described as “dirt like”. Do with that information what you will. I have suffered with IBS for several years and have various digestive issues. These do not upset my stomach, keep me regular, and have seemingly no bad side effects. Solid option for people who cannot drink the giant doses of Metamucil powder. Will purchase again.

Scam. Misleading, I emptied a capsule in water I doubt there is any psyllium husk in it, I wonder what the powder is.

I’ve been using this fibre supplement for a few weeks now and overall I’m really pleased with the results. The combination of psyllium husk and acidophilus seems to work well together to support digestion and keep things regular. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste or aftertaste, which makes them much more convenient than powders. Since starting them, I’ve noticed improved digestive comfort and more regular bowel movements, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also like that it includes probiotics (acidophilus), as it feels like it’s helping not just with fibre intake but also supporting gut health more broadly. The only downside is that, like most fibre supplements, you need to take them consistently and drink plenty of water for them to be effective. It’s not an instant fix, and results build gradually over time. Overall, a good quality, easy-to-use supplement that does what it claims. I would recommend it for anyone looking to increase their daily fibre intake and support digestive health 👍
