Excellent, love it
I’ve been using it for less than a week but it’s amazing. It’s really quiet so I can run it while I’m on the phone and while my very noise sensitive toddler sleeps. It cleans very thoroughly. We have 2 adults, one toddler, one baby and one dog in the house and it does a fantastic job. The map is very accurate. Definitely worth the money, I would absolutely buy it again. The app takes a second to get used to but it’s not hard and that’s the only downside to it. TLDR Great vacuum+mop, would buy again.

My house has never been so clean!
As a neat freak, this has been one of my favorite purchases recently. Hands down. No doubt. Our house has seriously never felt so clean. With four boys coming and going, plus a cat, plus my wife and I both working out of the same house, this place gets dir-r-r-r-ty! But now, I just set this little baby up and get it goes to town. Note: the first several times that we used it, the machine's debris holding chamber was LOADED. We ran it until the battery died (and it returned to it's charger automatically), emptied it, and then ran it again as soon as it was fully charged. But each time that it ran, it was completely full! Every single time. None of us can believe how dirty we were living. Note #2: We now take it upstairs to do a deep cleaning there. We had a little bit of a learning curve to make sure that all of the electric cords and such were off the floor. (They untangle easily, btw, if you forget). My son with the cat had a room that used to smell terrible... it smells almost normal after we ran this several times through there. And the volume of cat hair that this thing picked up is crazy amazing. Hair that we didn't even see. I didn't know cat hair smalled badly, but it must've. Room smells pretty decent now (not perfect - there still is a smally boy living in there)! Note #3: We keep a pretty clean house. That is what is amazing about this thing. It makes it really clean. Note #4: After the first several runs, make sure that you clean the roller brush. It will make a difference. The tool that comes with the unit that looks like a comb does a great job. If you get hair or thread or similar wrapped around it, use the handy dandy letter opener-style cutter to easily and safely clean it out. The blue parts on bottom around roller remove easily for deep cleaning. Do it! Easy and worth it for better future results. Note #5: Does all types of floors really well. We have ceramic, vinyl, short carpet, marble, deep carpet - all on the first floor of our house --- NO PROBLEM for Eufy! It moves with ease between them all. Note #6: Problem areas? We have a screened in porch that has a door that allows tiny little leaves in under the door. I'll just set the Eufy out there and forget about it. When I see it again, the machine has run out of juice and the floor is perfectly clean. Or my basement office. Set it in there at the end of the day, close the door and forget about it. In the morning, the floors are clean and the machine is sleeping where it ran out of power. I take it back upstairs, empty the cannister, and put it back on the charger. Last note: It gets in tight spaces. It cleans edges beautifully. It spends more time on a room than we ever would, so I guess that is why it cleans so well. It gets under most of our furniture. Around most of our chairs. And oh - I almost forgot - this vacuum is SO-o-o-o quiet. With our upright, you can't hear yourself think. With this thing, I can be do my work uninterrupted. Disclaimer - I have wasted a lot of time just watching machine in amazement and awe! Thankfully I can now walk away from it - although the 7 sessions with a therapist to get me to break the habit were a pain. ;) I highly recommend the machine - if you couldn't already tell! I came back on to Amazon to buy a unit for my in-laws and saw the opportunity to avoid my job for a little bit to write this review! Funny, but I am glad that I did. This little fella is totally worth it. If you are thinking about which brand to buy, you can't go wrong with Eufy. Kudos to the manufacturer and development team! Note to manufacturer: Can you please develop a machine to automatically climb and clean stairs (cook, do toilets, do laundry)... ? People, you are going to love this vacuum!

Great vacuum for 3 cats!
I wanted to give it a few months of the vacuum to do its work before writing a review. We have 3 cats and we previously had a Shark robotic vacuum that we had since about 2020(ish). Loved that thing but it came to a horrid end after one of my cats got locked out from his litter box. I came home (after a 12 hour shift) to feces and urine smeared EVERYWHERE. After I viciously cleaned my house with bleach while angrily crying until my nostril hairs were burnt away, I went on the search for a new vacuum cleaner since this one could not be cleaned properly (it got into every known crevice and destroyed the motherboard 🫣) and I came across this vacuum. After a long debate with Chat GPT on which one would fit our household, we decided it was time to go from a regular robot vacuum to a vacuum/mop robot. We received it fairly quick and the set up process was pretty easy. I absolutely LOVE that the buttons have a child lock mode since one of our cats likes to sit on it and press buttons (he would sit on and turn on the shark one just to ride around on it so you can imagine he is disappointed that he no longer has free rides whenever he wants). I also love the different functions the app has so if I want it to mainly vacuum and only mop every once in a while, or do both vacuum and mop daily, or have the AI do its thing, I am covered and can change the schedule pretty easily. It also has different suction speeds and how much water gets dispensed for mopping (such as light mopping or heavy duty mopping). We have a 2400 sq ft 2 story house and this lives downstairs, I haven’t had issues with its battery depleting too quickly which is nice. It does have a camera (and surprisingly a flash light when it goes in dark places!) in the front so it can avoid things without ramming itself into said items causing mass mayhem for me later. It’s fairly quiet compared to the Shark vacuum BUT it gets real loud when emptying itself out temporarily. I had no idea these have little vacuum bags (the shark one had a dust bin you just emptied out) so we went on the website and saw that these little tiny bags are pricy. Did a quick search (and help from chat gpt) and found some for cheaper in a different brand. As for the mop solution we just use Odoban no rinse floor cleaner since it works with robotic mops and it’s a fraction of the cost of what their website has. It says use 5 oz when filling up the tank but I just do a couple of long splashes. TLDR: works great for a household of 2 adults, one preteen, and 3 cats (one hairless, one regular shedding, one massive shedding) Use off brand vacuum bags and odoban no rinse floor cleaner for cheaper upkeep. Only reason why it’s missing a star is because of the price of the bags and solution. It came with a bag but didn’t come with solution which I wasn’t aware of prior to purchasing. Other than that, works really well and keeps my floors nice and clean!!

Great little vacuum and fantastic customer service
We purchased this vacuum, Eufy x10 Pro Omni, for a house gift to ourselves for Christmas. We ordered it on Cyber Monday and didn't receive it until December 24th. No problem, thankfully we had a friend that remained in town and was able to go to our house on Christmas eve and place it in our garage. I started using the vacuum on Friday the 27th, 9 days ago and I have been running it through all the functions and everything I can to see if it has any issues or if it doesn't meet my expectations so I can return it if there are any issues. Before trying to use the vacuum, I watched all the videos and read as much material as I could on setting it up and mapping the home. After feeling comfortable about setting it up I started to set it up to map the house, following instructions in the manual I downloaded. Everything went pretty well and it seem to map out the rooms very well. I noticed if you have curtains that hang to the floor this will cause the vacuum to drive around the curtains and not get close to the wall. Also if you have a bed skirt around the bed it will not go through it to get under the bed. This prevents the vacuum from going under the bed to clean. Before we clean the rooms we pull this up and tuck it in so it will clean under the bed and I roll the curtains up so it will get closer to the wall. I have tried every command and different levels to vacuum different rooms, vacuum and mop bathrooms and the kitchen. The vacuum works very well and I like how it will self-empty at the time intervals I have set it at. For tile it mops and cleans very well with no streaks. Our hardwood floor it cleans it very well however, it leaves swirling marks as well as tire pattern marks from the wheels. I have tried different water levels and trying to clean twice. I do like that the vacuum washes the mops and then dry's the mop heads, so they don't begin to smell. Great feature. When it self-cleans, after vacuuming, it is pretty loud. I think this is because it needs a great deal of suction to clean out the vacuum and deposit it in the bag. This is not an issue if the base is in a different room away from locations you use to relax or watch TV. Even then, it's no problem because it only lasts a few seconds and you can run it when you're not home. I have tried every scenario this vacuum has to offer and it has worked very well and I have been pleased up until last night. Day 8 of testing. For some reason the task of cleaning or emptying the tray for dirty water does not work anymore. I looked up how to troubleshoot this problem and have done everything, several times, that was in two or three troubleshooting guides, video and written. I cleaned everything even though nothing was dirty, since we have only had this vacuum for 8 days, before this issue. See the picture of the water in the tray and how clean it is. Not a dirt or dirty tray issue. I have checked rubber seals, blown soft air through the lines with no issues of blockage. Filters are all clean and brand new. I've been working on this issue for three hours now trying everything and chatting with Eufy, sending Eufy an email explaining the issue with uploaded videos showing all the parts and me going through the steps they requested to fix the problem. I can't call them because they are not open until Monday and as usual, nothing goes wrong until the weekend. At this point I am at a standstill until I can troubleshoot the problem with an actual person. I will update this review once I go through this process and will explain the solution. If, there is one other than replacing the unit. More to come on this. Up until this issue started this vacuum has worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend if you purchase this vacuum to take the time to run it through every scenario, as I have, to make sure it has no bugs and/or that it meets your expectations. At this point I would recommend it to a buyer with caution. This is a very sophisticated piece of equipment that, in my opinion, has a lot of things that could go wrong. Things that even the best handyman won't be able to fix. This day and age, appliances with electronics and all the bells and whistles fail quite regularly and require expensive circuit boards and electronics to repair them. Not to mention the cost for the repair person to do it if you are unable. I recommend purchasing the extended warranty. If not, run this thing every which way to Sunday before the 30-day return expires and then hope nothing fails, especially on a weekend, after the warranty has expired. More to come on this. Update. Eufy emailed me a return label and instructions to send back the base not the rob vac. I had saved the original box therefore, sending it back was not a problem. It took over a week to get a replacement base. I contacted Eufy per my concerns of this elapsed time were I was not able to continue testing the vacuum and its features within the 31 day timeframe for a full refund. They assured me they would extend this date by two weeks. I received the new base shortly after a week. When I returned the base I sent in the cord to the unit and left the vacuum bag installed. When I received the new base it was missing the cord and did not have a vacuum bag. I contacted Eufy and they assured me a cord and a pack of vacuum bags would be shipped. It’s been now almost one more week and I have yet to receive the shipment. For two weeks I haven’t been able to use the vacuum. Eufy did issue me a number to receive two wash pads for free. I had to go to a site through a link emailed to me and enter the code. Problem is, the code covered $10.00 of $12.00 cost do I had to pay $2.00. I contacted Eufy and they said they would reimburse me the $2.00 however, I would have to wait until I receive the pads and then I would need to contact them at such time. Now I’m waiting for the cord, vacuum bags and wash pads. Sorry this review has turned into a novel. I just want to put everything out there to help others to decide on a purchase. As for the vacuum and what I have experienced, while I was able to use it, I am very pleased with the results. Received the new base and everything has worked exceptionally well. Whenever I send the support or customer service an email or a question they always respond immediately with an answer. This unit I would recommend to anybody who has animals. I’ve not had a problem with dog hair tangling in the brush. If someone in the family has long hair that will get tangled in the brush. Great little mid price vacuum fantastic customer service.

Eufy would not run . . . and then, boy, did she!
I plugged it in. The light blinked orange for a couple hours, indicating that shewas charging, the light turned blue, indicating she was charged. I pushed the button for her to start cleaning. She beeped. The light blinked orange, indicating that she was charging (for an hour or so), the light turned blue, indicating she was charged. I used the remote to get her to start cleaning. She beeped. The light blinked orange, indicating that she was charging (for an hour or so), the light turned blue, indicating she was charged. I was getting nowhere. Eufy did not run . . . due to operator error. Operator error occurred because my vision is so poor from cataracts that I could not see the on/off button in the instructions, nor on the bottom of the unit. I did manage to feel around this morning until I found the toggle. Happy days! Eufy worked like a dream . . . quiet enough not to be disturbing and purring loudly enough that I was aware of where she was when I was in or near the room where she was working. I vacuumed the house a couple of days ago with my regular vacuum and dragged a damp microfiber mop over the floor. Then, for the test, I set Eufy loose. I have a long-haired cat . . . and my hair is long as well, so I thought I should probably check the dust bin after about 20 minutes since she'd been working under my bed, where the cat hangs out. (The cat is not sure if Eufy is acceptable or not, but at least she isn't tearing to the other end of the house like she does with the big vacuum.) The bin was FULL. This is not an indictment of the bin. The unit is small and fits very well under most of my furniture. So does my cat, who sheds a lot. So do I (I shed a lot . . .but, I don't fit under the furniture.) The brush was matted with cat hair and with strands of my hair. I removed the brush, cleaned it, and replaced it. By the time Eufy ran her full cycle and docked herself (I could tell she was REALLY tired), I had emptied the bin three times . . . and I know she's holding another full load. Cleaning the brush and emptying the bin emptying are intuitive and easy, and the handy cleaning brush really helps defuzz the roller brush. I figure it's going to take a few times of running her before I get all the cat hair under control. Then, I'll have to figure out how frequently I need to run her for maintenance mode. I will say that one of the reasons I got this unit is because I am a gardener. Every time I come in the house, I bring in dirt from the garden. I have rugs by the doors to catch some of it, but it invariably gets tracked through the house on the tile floors and, even worse, the bamboo floors. Sand and finished hardwood don't mix . . . I might have my floors sanded down to get refinished, but I don't need them sanded every day. Anyway, by the time I got through the house to the shower and got myself cleaned up, I had a major vacuuming job to do . . . but I was already exhausted from working in the yard. I can see it now. Walk in from the garden and push Eufy's start button as I head to the shower. YAY! I expect both my yard and my house will improve out of this one. As for the complaints about Eufy "skipping rooms," I found an easy fix on that one . . . or maybe a couple of easy fixes.I know certain areas of my house need deeper or more thorough cleaning than others. Today , I picked up everything on the floor in my daughter's room (chairs, waste basket, etc.), then put Eufy on the floor in the room, turned her on, shut the door, and set the stove timer for 20 minutes. Figured she would do a pretty thorough job on a "cleared" 10 by 13 room in 20 minutes. She did . . . after she had done my living room, sitting room, kitchen, breakfast nook, office and some of the family room. She's charging now. I'm going to "clear" the office and give her a second chance at that . . . and the same with the family room, blocking that off as well. Anyway, other than closed doors, I was thinking about cutting the stopper strips in various lengths and just placing these strips on the floor in doorways or at room transitions temporarily to force Eufy to focus on particular rooms or areas. (The family room itself will probably take a full half hour and it is more likely that Eufy will do a thorough job if I can clear some of the floor items to an adjacent room and if she doesn't have the option of wandering off to do my bedroom. (I did find I had to tuck in the bedskirts to get her to go under the bed. Guess she was afraid of the dark.) The strips are NOT something I want to stick to my bamboo floors . . . and are unsightly on my white tile, but I would think they would probably still work even if they weren't stuck down. I do have one safety concern. When Eufy is off "cleaning," what happens if my cat happens to lie down on the nice, warm charger? Or if my grandson is crawling on the floor and rolls a metal truck over the contacts or sits on it? I don't want to short the unit out testing to see if it's "live." It needs to be plugged in for Eufy to find her way "home," and I'm using the time that Eufy is vacuuming to attend to other chores (I'm not sitting and watching the charger) so are those two shiny, silver, child-attractive contacts a shock risk? Anyone have any knowledge on this? I suggested to the Eufy Company that they make the easy start instructions available on its website so that older customers, whose eyesight is failing, might be able to increase the image size to something readable. The lines on the drawings are delicate, making the details very hard to see for old eyes. Many of us can still see SOME, but many of us need letters and pictures larger and bolder than what came with the unit. Perhaps, the company could even make a large print guide available upon phone request for those who do not use computers. The elderly market, OMG! Our adult children are busy with careers and raising children, so they need this kind of help. Older people? Our joints don't like hauling around big vacuum cleaners. We don't get down on our hands and knees as easily as we used to--or at least we don't get up as well. We don't have the energy we used to have. And, many retirees that I know are busier now than when they were working--caring for grandchildren, helping their even-more-elderly parents, starting a second career, or putting a lot of time into volunteer work. So, I'm a happy camper. I didn't have to pull out the heavy vacuum today and by the end of the day, I will have made a BIG impact on "defuzzing" the house. I've got this in mind for 3 people as a Christmas present. I just hope Eufy has a long and healthy life. Moving a little furniture to help her out . . . not a problem. Go for it, Eufy!

My little OCD cleaner - 2020 One Year UPDATE
One year update: I bought my 2 Eufys Aug. 2019 and use them once a week or every two weeks and have come across some quirks. The most recent quirk is Eufy just stopping in the middle of a room with the blue light still on and no error beeps. Apparently, it stops for no reason. I hit the remote start and it continues its job. Another quirk is stopping and beeping with blinking light for some reason (keep your manual handy) and once was because of the front Pivot wheel not moving because of hair being wound around it. I popped the wheel off, cleaned out the hair, reset Eufy by pushing the reset button on the bottom and it then worked fine. Another quirk was getting to the stairs and for some reason couldn't turn around and started beeping. That time I just wiped the three sensors on the bottom and reset it and it was fine after that. One day, it just continually stopped for no reason that I could find. It just stops, no beeping and still fully charged. I just kept resetting it with the bottom reset button until it finally finished the room. That happened about 10 times that day. Over the winter, I had a stray cat decide she wanted to live with me, so now I have a cat with long hair and she sheds a lot. Eufy doesn't pick up large tufts of her hair from my rugs, so I use a hair mit on the worst spots on my rugs and then Eufy does a fine job on the rugs. Another tip, try using your magnet strips to divide up larger rooms. I ended up having to do that in my living room because otherwise it took forever for Eufy to hit every area. Now I divide it in half. When one half looks complete, I pick up Eufy and put it in the other half. That works well! Also, your magnet strips can be stuck to the side of your refrigerator for storage! I find that very handy. :) You really do need to clean Eufy between charges. I have my system broken down into Living room and kitchen. Clean and charge (about 4.5 hours), then the hallway, bathroom, bedroom. Clean it and charge. Then lastly, my office/sewing room. Clean it and charge. It takes only 5- 10 minutes to clean it between uses. I'm still thrilled I have these Eufys and have decided I will never be without a Robo Vac - ever. And hopefully Eufy will still be around when I need a replacement. I bought these partly because of the Anker name. I've bought other Anker products for years and they're always made well. End of update. I bought two of these yesterday with the Deal of the day and received them today. They both took about 3 hours to fully charge and then it was off to the races. One went downstairs and the other one upstairs. I left the Eufy downstairs in the basement to do its thing on low pile carpet and tile and went down to check on it periodically. Twice I found it stuck in strange places. One was on top of a small table base and the other was lodged next to my furnace. I'll just have to block those two areas next time. The one upstairs was in my kitchen for a good 45 minutes to an hour! OCD I'd say, but my kitchen is nice and clean. :) Rugs included. These do an excellent job with edge cleaning. The one in the kitchen miraculously followed the curves in the pedestal base on the table. Pretty cool. It also traveled over all my wood floor vent covers which is pretty impressive because they're pretty thick! It also fits under most of my furniture. I sent a Roomba back years ago because it wouldn't fit under my sofa, loveseat and tables. That made it useless for me. These fit under everything except a lowboy chest and 3 smaller tables in my living room...Swiffer will take care of those. The drop sensors worked perfectly at the stairs. It turned around instead of going down. The upstairs Eufy finished my kitchen, living room, entryway and was in the bathroom when the red light came on and is now charging. Both Eufys ran for the 100 minutes as stated in the manual. I emptied the upstairs bin twice, but only because I had stopped the Eufy to get it out of the kitchen and before I sent it to charge. The bin wasn't full either time, but had plenty of dirt and fuzz in it, so I'm happy with that! I decided I'm not programming a schedule because I don't need my house cleaned daily. It's just me here and no pets anymore, so I will manually turn them on once or twice a week. I did pick EVERYTHING up off my floors for this first cleaning, but that's just not ever going to happen again. It was a PIA and I could have vacuumed my entire house in the time it took to clear the floors. I'll leave the cords zip tied, but everything else is staying put next time. All that work defeats the purpose of having these. I am THRILLED TO DEATH with these though. Vacuuming is one of my least favorite chores. These will definitely be used weekly and I look forward to watching them work instead of me! Also, these are sooooo quiet. You can't even hear where they are in the same room as you if they're cleaning underneath something. I'm so glad I bought them and at an excellent price. The exorbitantly expensive robo vacs are just not feasible for me. Maybe if they had a 20 year life span, they would be, but they don't. I'm also not into controlling everything through a stupid app or WiFi. Don't need those and don't want those. I don't need NHS knowing when I'm vacuuming my house. These were worth every cent, IMO Great little vacs!

Not for homes with rugs
After a decade of owning robot vacuums from "that other brand", I was ready to switch things up and try out some of the new tech I'd been seeing from reviews on YT and the latest consumer electronics show. Many reviews led me to the eufy x10 Pro Omni with its long list of features that I was looking for. However, I realize now that none of the reviewers really tested it in the conditions that exist in my home. After about 6 months of use, I'd say this vacuum is extremely middle of the road. Its features work but they aren't fantastic, so unless you're finding this on a really good sale, I'd keep looking. If you have no rugs at all, it might be fantastic for you, but steer clear if you have any rugs in your home. Some issues that I've had with the vacuum: - It absolutely cannot handle rugs. It might work well on plastic-backed rugs but we have several woven rugs and it's constantly getting stuck on them. The issue is that it won't edge detect and vacuum/mop along the edge of a rug. Instead it tries to zig zag up and down, on and off the rug, pulling up the mop pads every 2 seconds and then putting them back down. It's the silliest thing I've ever seen a robot vacuum do. It results in horrible cleaning and often causes the edge of the rug to flip up. I'm not going to go around my entire 10x12 rug with tape, and my previous robot vacuum had no issues at all with woven rugs. - More rug woes: If you have a rug close to a wall or piece of furniture (for instance, a hall runner), it will get stuck half off the rug facing the wall and not be able to back up because the mop pads are off the edge and when it tries to back up they catch the edge of the rug, it senses resistance, and stops. - The auto empty feature for the vacuum is only able to be set by a time schedule, not a sensor (i.e. it empties itself after every 15 or 30 minutes of vacuuming rather than when the dust bin is full). I've read that another company owns the patent for the sensing technology, so this may be a similar feature on other brands, but it's rather annoying. - When we bought it, one of the features was that you could get pictures of objects detected while the robot was roaming around the house. It was really handy because you could see if a) the robot detected an object correctly and b) what you might want to find and move before the next cleaning. After about a month they disabled that feature in the app so now you get object detection but no pictures. Frustrating that they pulled a bait and switch after purchase. - You can set no-zones to keep the vacuum from getting stuck in the same area over and over (such as tight spaces it can't back out of, or areas with electrical cords) but they are not precise enough. In my experience it won't go within 2 feet of the boundary you set, so you're missing a lot of cleaning area there. - Our base station stopped auto emptying and we were never notified that there was a problem. It was only when I ran it to clean up a specific area that I noticed it wasn't picking up the dirt and found the onboard bin completely full. I used the app to send it home and manually told it to empty and it went home but the self emptying would not run. It's odd that the robot talks to tell you everything it's doing but doesn't tell you when it can't empty. We never could figure out what caused it to stop emptying but thankfully we got it working again with a reset. Edit March 2025: they recently updated the software/app pretty significantly and the vacuum is doing a much better job with rugs. This week it cleaned my whole house without getting stuck a single time, which is a massive improvement. I’m glad to see their product team taking reviews seriously and making big improvements! There’s still a weird thing where if the vacuum runs over something (say a cat toy) and it gets stuck in the roller brush, there’s no way to resume the current job once you’ve cleared the item from the roller brush. You have to power it down, turn it back on, and set a new cleaning task. Hopefully they’ll fix that soon too.

"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication"-Leonardo Devinci [Just like EUFY] It is now the nearly the end of 2020 and still going STRONG, SMART. SLEEK-- no need to replace battery, yet especially with the rare on/off switch on the bottom side. Also, with the tempered glass top still no scratches (all pictures updated). Looks and performs as amazing as the day it arrived for a solid 100 minutes! My favorite robotic vacuum of all time Highly recommended! ★★★★ Quality ★★★★ Price ★★★★ Shipping ★★★★ Description ★★★★ Smart Features ★★★★ Durability/Best in the industry ★★★★ Home Docking/Recharging ★★★★ Cleaning&Sensors EXCELLENT ★★★★ Longevity (a forever robotic vacuum) ★★★★ Gets under everything! Dust Bunny 🐰 Free Hone!. Original Review To set your expectation consider yourself LUCKY to have found this Eufy even though it is not APP operated, YET still out preforms all competition and has built on remote holder for scheduling with excellent client support to help replace also just press button for maximum cleaning on unit. Eufy is made by Anker ( approved) an incredible technology company that offer such inexpensive and extraordinary innovative power that you can find their products on the Apple site and all of my experiences have been nothing, but amazing with Anker so when I realized Eufy was an Anker product I knew I scored big time. IF I had only known what I do now “SIMPLER and SLIMMER is ALWAYS BETTER” after 7 ULTRA SMART and FRUSTRATING Robotic Vacuums which only makes me appreciate this Eufy even more. Firstly... Could've saved a fortune! Something you have to learn the hard way. Save this link if you think otherwise because you WILL BE BACK. THE ‘Eufy’ EXPERIENCE: • Add to your Cart and Stalk I randomly found for $149 on lightening deal ⚡️and would’ve bought 2 white (hard to find) if I’d known it’d be this perfect (will update— always do if there any surprises and adjust Star Rating/Review). • Arrives quickly and I was certain it’d be another return and so far it has been the best out of 7 Robotic Vacuums in 3 Years thus far. • The 1st charge (extremely important to NOT turn-on without fully charging) is unbelievably FAST for a Robotic Vacuum. I actually received it before heading to the airport and could not believe I was able to test it fully changed before I was out the door in a rush! • I really appreciate that this is a FOREVER vacuum, unlike competitors Eufy by Anker this is the perfect option you can keep forever because they offer a replacement battery for $22 PRIME and an ON/OFF switch underneath I have never seen ever (to conserve battery life). I much rather pay $22 PRIME than be FORCED to buy a whole new vacuum which is extremely common in the robotic vacuum industry. Electronic products are made this way and die around the end of the warranty IF lucky and not 3 months (I've been through this 3 times) and force you to buy an entire new unit when you just pop a new battery in. Have fun with that if you skip. You will be back! • The batter offer replacement is way better than spending another $500 on avg. and it is designed in a way you just pop to in. So crazy and wasteful the robotic vacuum industry can is. Super impressed. • Eufy runs for 100 minutes of cleaning time when the Ultra Smart Vac’s need a full 12-24 hour charge before a test/cleaning and an industry standard of 30-40 minutes of cleaning time. • Eufy is THE ONLY ROBOTIC VACUUM TO ALWAYS FIND ITS WAY HOME TO DOCK AND RECHARGE— EVERY SINGLE TIME! Mind blown! I've only had one of many vacuums actually find it's way back and dock a total of 3 times. They ALWAYS claim it goes to it's Home/Charging Dock, yet never do! I simply cannot believe it! • It has a clever On/Off underneath which will help conserve your vacuums longevity if you do so choose. Something I have never seen and would’ve not appreciated until now after all the expensive duds. • In the video it sounds loud, yet not at all as loud as my other’s. It sounds like a blade less Dyson Fan if you are familiar. i.e Smooth Air Blowing • The accessories like extra filter, sweepers (the highest quality I have ever seen as they tend to arrive bent), comb with cutting tool (should be used everyday you run it and is extremely common with all Vacuums as of yet), etc. • Easy manuals no weird or bad grammar to scare you off that is all too common now. • The sensor is as common as all it will bump things just like a very expensive Vac and is very alert to People and Animals. (Updated has better sensory than any of my other 7 adventures, yeah still bumps but now notice not nearly as much as all other brands). • I am so used to Vacuums never ever finding their way “Home”, so why set a cleaning schedule. Pointless. Eufy you can confidently. • The simplest way to ensure it always finds its way home is to make sure all cables/wires are not on the floor which is common knowledge to Robotic Vacuum owners. No, it won’t destroy cables it will simply shut off and need to be manually docked otherwise your set for a cleaning schedule. • Far too many Smart Vacuums are just too thick to clean under platform beds and furniture and if they cannot fit under I am just not interested. Why have one if it’s not going to do “Spring Cleaning” everyday and keep your home fresh, dust mite and dust bunny 🐰 free? It’s by far one of the most desired features speaking for myself. • My most preferred Vacuum’s have been By Eco Vac’s DeeBot Pro’s (owned 3) most are slim enough to get under most everything and they mop (I don’t like my area rugs mopped so, only tired that once) they have several issues, but have been the Top for me since Eufy which I highly prefer to my Eco Vac M83 PRO that I will be giving away if Eufy keeps up being superior. • Area Rugs... Eufy is highly intelligent when it comes to area rugs from thick to thin (also carpet). My once preferred Vac was okay, but would always have a the toughest time on thin rugs by flipping them and dragging them, also trying to climb her high sheep pelts and getting stuck. Eufy is super smart with its sensor to stay away from fluffy pelts (those are dry clean and sheep pelt brush) AND thin and high pile rugs Eufy has ZERO ISSUE when cleaning. Just AMAZING. • Also, excellent for finding a diamond earring you dropped etc., yes, I absolutely use it to FIND Small Impossible things without damaging! • I feel this covers all the major bases and is an excellent Vacuum I have waited several years for. Simple, slim, intelligent, and still cannot believe it runs over an hour and always always finds its way home to reboot and APPS have no become way overrated and a pain in the butt! Eufy Compared To Ultra Smart $$$$ Vacs: • I have owned 7 Smart Robotic Vacuums; the highest priced being the “Ultra Smart” Neato (returned after nearly a month of nonsense) with Home Mapping Technology at $1K. Sorry, the bigger, thicker, wider, and SMARTER it claims to be in my experience the more dumb it is. It becomes more of a chore meaning you have to reset the map every single time you move something and they are so thick they can cannot get all the dust and debris under furniture like Eufy does effortlessly. • Eufy cleans for 100 mins & always and I mean always finds its way home (something I was always promised, but they never returned even when commanded) so you can truly set a cleaning schedule! • While most all Smart Vac’s claim to dock and charge on their yet ALWAYS alert you over and over that they are stuck or have to be searched for with app, yet, Eufy is always obedient and doesn’t even need that function!I have only seen Eco Vacs find its way home 2x in 3 years now after 3 models (of that brand), Neato never, Dyson Eye never ever again! • It is proven that Vacuums that run in straight carpet lines are less efficient at cleaning. Hard to believe, but random has proven to out clean the $1,000 USD Plus Vacs. • If I had known it’d always do a no nonsense cleaning without me having to follow it I would’ve withdrew doubt and ordered 2 at $143. • Eufy keeps it Simple, Sleek, Very Slim (gets under virtually EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you can imagine compared to Neato and other very high priced Robo Vacuums that cannot even get under a platform bed and other low profile furniture meaning dust will continue to pile up). One Con (maybe I missed it) no phone app to control while away. If so DO NOT LOSE THE REMOTE. I may be wrong. I am writing a review after a 3 day trip that I set a cleaning schedule to VERY IMPRESSIVELY FIND EUFY Nearly FULL BIN Scheduled to clean once a day while away FOR 3 DAYS (house is always clean) and sitting at its docking station. An Easy 5-Stars Buy Eufy and forget the hype over these Ultra “Dumb” expensive Vacs that do Nothing, but turn you into a Vacuum Babysitter! I would seriously have to follow a $400-1k vacuum around. Yes, this is a huge deal to me after never having this experience with purchasing so many Ultra Smart crazy expensive vacuums. If you are sick of babysitting your smart cleaning devices this simple, slim, chic vacuum is the Answer! Update August 15th 2019 WOW this would be 10 stars if the option was available! The sensory oddly seems to have improved. Has now problem cleaning BIG messes. Eufy has a crazy “hop” and still intelligent enough to avoid my sheep rugs that insanely fluffy and vacuuming is forbidden for care. Perfect. It does not flip, move around very thin rugs, or get stuck under them a common issue with super expensive smart Robo Vacuums! It continues to impress! I pick this Eufy over all of my ultra Smart experiences. I could careless about apps! The remote is great and if lost it automatically turns on with a press to it’s Mac suction and gets the job done better than iRobot, Neato, Dyson Eye, several ECOVACS Pro’s, etc.. Save your money, time, and hassle of the Smart (dumb) options. I no longer have to follow an over-priced Robo around, get alerts it’s stuck, haven’t had to use a smart beeping tracker to track it down. It buy far has the best built-in features to schedule and forget. The only TRUE robotic vacuum you do not have to even think about turn on or schedule and forget about. The only thing it’s missing is to dump itself out! Mind blown! Finally, a Robo Vac that does exactly what you’d expect. Forget the hype or when your over all the overpriced Vac’s you WILL return or just die on you save this! Only then will you truly see the beauty of simple effective cleaning that you don’t have to babysit! Why buy a new robotic vacuum when Anker's Eufy has an easy (not hidden) inexpensive battery? Otherwise with other brands you FORCED to buy a whole new unit! eufy RoboVac Replacement Battery Pack, Compatible with RoboVac 11S, 11S MAX, 15T, 30, 30C MAX, 15C, 15C MAX, 12, 35C Accessory Save or 1-click buy for the BEST you will find!

Great Product!
Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

Love my super clean home. Thanks to eufy.
Amazingly clean floor. Maid or any himan cant do such a powerful cleaning. Wish they had mopping function too included in the same. Robo with mopping and brooming both are very costly so i opted for this one. Loved it. No hassel cleaning, juta need to take care of long hairs etc. Ut tangels the brushes. Hppy with extra brush, batter for remote and eztra filters provided by eufy. They are increasing price and usually not available due to covid pandemic. Bought a little early so got it.

MARAVILLA
