Broken cap
The cap was broken on the hand wash.

Not uk spec
I'm not saying this product is fake but it's defo not UK spec. The hand-wash does not foam and the moisturiser is very watery. My friend has the same moisturiser at work so I can feel the difference. I would go as far as to say it actually dries out your skin. I would not buy again from Amazon.
