First time taking creatine and it has worked for me(68 years old). I have more energy and if I up the dose it gives a boost to mental clarity. Flavor is great but a little sweet, so sometimes I mix half of the unsweetened variety. Low cost and well worth it.

The orange flavor is OK, but the "sweetness" is just odd. Now I buy the unflavored version.

It is good stuff. I usually purchase non flavored and add my own flavor which is ok. This time I purchased the flavored kind and added one scoop of the flavored to the non flavored. The flavored has a strong tast so I put one or two scoops to three or four scoops of unflavored.

A must have for any health conscious shoppers. The benefits have been thoroughly studied for decades and it's one of few supplements I'd recommend for almost anyone. It's also delicious to boot(some brands have awful flavors/textures, not this one however).
