Great Size...easy to take.
Love these "little things!" Everywhere, including Costco, was out of them (the size you just take ONE), the Quinol were "horse pills" that I would never try to swallow, but these little cuties, taking 3 at a time, go down easily and I really like there better then the "ones." It says to take with food....I take them with breakfast.

The pills are small and pretty easy to swallow. It can last for a little over a month because it comes with 40 gels 3 per day. No side effects. Doesn’t have an odor to me

Not 300 mg per capsule
The bottle is deceptive you do not get a 300 mg gel capsule. They are only 100 mg each and it takes three in your bottle to get 300 mg.

What a difference!
