exactly what I was looking for
Works at gigabit, haven't tested 10, 5, or 2.5GbE yet. I really like the retractable feature, it makes it way more portable and not a mess inside your laptop bag. Ethernet is still far more reliable and fast than WiFi, especially if you have nbaseT support in your switch and network interface card. It seems well made. I'd be curious to know if its fully cat6 compliant, the cable itself doesn't have any markings to indicate spec, voltage, or awg. The little protector caps on the rj-45 connectors are neat, I've never seen them before.

Grabbed one of these for my tech bag, I'm worried the retractor won't hold up, but seems to be a decent cable and price. Happy so far, it works!

Perfect for my needs
I purchased this to connect my laptop to our music system for when we’re scheduled in concert. It’s very compact, convenient, easy to use and the quick release and retraction helps keep our equipment setup and breakdown times to a minimum. That’s a HUGE plus! It works perfectly and hasn’t failed me yet over the past year so I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. Thank you!!!

El cable es bueno, y estable pero los conectores rj54 no están del todo bien fijados, al conectar uno a la laptop, hay que forzar mucho para sacarlo. 7/10

Great length and I love the end clips!
The end clips were the cincher for me - my last retractable the end tabs broke off. They are protected on this one.

Was good while it lasted.
It worked great within a year. Sometimes it doesn’t retract so you have to pull both ends a bit similar to a window blind a few times and it would toggle the retraction.After some time the flex portion of the wire wore down. The cable is flat and thin for retracting so it makes sense it would be a bit weak over time. Maybe just need to reinforce the flex portion.It is no longer working and I’ve contacted the seller but haven’t gotten a response yet. Will update.
