We had to buffer the area and adjust it to make the pedal fit securely. While this was a minor issue and we managed to resolve it, it indicates a potential quality control issue with the piece we received. Despite this assembly hiccup, the tricycle has provided a good experience overall. It's sturdy, functional, and enjoyable for children. The design and overall look are good and match the expectations. However, the welding quality is poor. One joint is not properly welded, and one end is not even fully connected. Overall, the product is not up to the mark. The finish shown in the product pictures looked much better, but the item I received does not have the same level of workmanship. It would also be helpful if the manufacturer could permanently imprint or hard-print a trademark and serial number on the product. This would increase confidence in the product's authenticity and make customers more comfortable buying online in the future.

Very happy with this purchase! We bought this cycle for our kid and the quality is really very good compared to the cycles available in outside shops. The colour combination is also very attractive and looks beautiful. The size is comfortable for kids, and it comes with safety seats and belt which make it more secure and safe for children. We got it at a very reasonable price and my kid is enjoying it a lot. Totally satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. The tricycle itself looked good, but the handle was missing, making it impossible to assemble and use. The box was already open and the seal was broken, which made it seem like I received a previously opened package. To make things worse, the return process has been frustrating. The pickup keeps getting delayed and rescheduled, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I expected better quality checks and a smoother return experience. The Rear right sided tyre locking system isnt working properly. The wheel comes off easily and unsafe to ride. I bought this as birthday gift for my son. I am so disappointed.

Right rear wheel doesn’t lock in the axle properly and comes off easily.
