Wonderful. Excellent sound quality. Small enough for a night stand. Very basic. (Just like players back in the 80's.)

My 5 year old loves listening to all my old CDs from the 90s. He is a music lover 100% and he was using an old phone to listen to tunes while he swings on his swing set. He has a look of pure happiness as he swings listening to songs. Some of the free apps are kind of frustrating for him because of commercials. And little kids have no patience for those things. We found my box of CDs I had as a teenager. Probably around 150 CDs and he loves listening to them in this CD player. It has a place for batteries too. So we do not have to bust out the long extension cord if we do not want to. The Radio works fine for us. We live right outside of Austin and it catches the Austin radio stations just fine. Sound is as you would expect this little box to make. It's nothing fancy, but no complaints. Our little guy loves this CD player. For us it is money well spent.

I like everything about this CD Player except for one thing. When I play a CD, the sound is not as clear as It should be. I don't know if it's the fault of the player or the CD disk.

I purchased a red boombox. At first, the CD played. But then only half the time could it read the CD, now it won't read the CD at all (nor any other CDs). I had purchased two of these a couple years ago and they still work great. But this one has cheaper buttons that only work if you jiggle them into a good position. Can't play CDs, and you have to get the Function in just the right spot to listen to FM (it's supposed to click to each function, but is working more like a slider). The Repeat button doesn't work. Very Disappointed, as I really like the older ones I previously purchsed - they were blue - perhaps only the red ones are cheap.

Bought it for my sister and she loves it

For an fairly inexpensive item, the sound was ok. However, it no longer functions. I tried different outlets in different rooms. The CD player spins but there isn't any sound. The radio shows it's tuned in to a station but again no sound. It just quit working. Not pleased. I'm having trouble returning it to them. Admendment: Finally after reaching the correct contact information to the seller. The boom box was replaced at no cost to me and the audio is still working.

Seems to work fine although I haven't had it long. The price was good and it looks nice.

I bought this player for my 87 year old mom who is vision impaired. She's able to listen to books on audio CDs and has been overjoyed to have the gift of books in her life especially during covid with so much time at home. We tried audibel and ibooks but she couldn't see the instructions on the ipad. This has been a perfect solution. The first player stopped working after playing a few CDs but Amazon replaced it free of charge. The new one was on my mom's doorstep before my sister returned from the trip to the UPS store to return ship the bad one.
