Came with screw tool andba pair of replacement legs and nose covers for your glasses so with everything that is described here which is good. The legs look like decent design black plastic to be nice for everyday wear and the nose pads are pretty soft worn them for 10 hrs straight no irritation yet only problem for me is that the screw and washers are really small and can dropped and lost my leg that had to be replaced had a bigger screw but I believe this designed to fit multiple glass frames so that is my only reason I put 4 star on it but I believe it to be 4 and half star product I don't know if you can give a half star to reviews but if you need a replacement give these a try pretty good for the price

They fit great. Way better than the other pair I bought, which were too loose. These fit very tight, so if that's what your looking for, they should work.

I broke the earpiece on my Costas and could not buy a replacement specifically for those glasses, so I thought I would try this more generic kit. It worked perfectly. The earpiece was ridiculously easy to attach and was very comfortable.

I only received 1 arm. Didn't get two (pair) like advertised.
