The Weighted Vest I Needed
The best is well made easy to adjust easy to add or take away weights. Shoulder straps are comfortable and weight is evenly distributed. The velcro pocket up front holds ones cell phone. After a few uses I can tell the cardio is put under more demand: heart rate is almost where it would be when I was running. I can definitely feel the workout in my upper back muscles the next day. For the price and the quality I would recommend this.

Got two of them because it was great
This is the second time purchasing this item for my son.. He wanted one for when he's in college and one for when he comes home to wear for his runs! It's comfortable for him to wear and he can add extra weights which is definitely a plus. It is very well fitted so it fits well and does not move around while he is running.

Great Value
The weighted vest was perfect for me. I'm only 5'6" and was worried about the fit. It is very easy to put on, and the adjustable straps work great. I really appreciate the cell-phone pouch. I use it for walking and doing calisthenics. The adjustable weight of the vest is another great convenience. I plan to do some walking with it, so the reflective stripes are another plus.

Love my vest. Weights are great to adjust and just a matter of getting use to wearing weighs while walking. Very sturdy. Price for it wasn’t bad either.

Weighted vest.
The beat is exactly as described., good quality, easy to use. It is heavier than I expected but that’s on me for not realizing how the extra 20 lbs was going to feel. I may be buying a lighter one and build up to this one.
