To get everything working, you’ll need to download the app. It’s easy to use and lets you control the lock from your phone, which is a nice bonus. This door lock comes with a handle, which is a nice extra, and the quality is really good for what you pay. Installing it was simple, and I was able to do it by myself without any trouble. I really like that there are several ways to unlock it. You can use a regular key, a code you set, the little key tags that come with it (you just tap them on the lock), or even your fingerprint. Having all these options makes it super convenient. There’s also an auto‑lock feature you can turn on if you want. It locks the door after a set amount of time, and you can change the timer in the app. Just remember that if the door is open when it tries to auto‑lock, you’ll have to unlock it again before closing the door. You can also turn auto‑lock off completely. What I didn't like was the fingerprint scanner—it can be a little picky. I had to try several times to get it to work and switched with the thumb that works the best. Also, the fingerprint failed too many times, the lock goes into a security mode, sets off a siren, and won’t work again until you unlock it through the app. Battery life is unknown as it's only been awhile but I have another smart lock where batteries are drained fast and I have to keep lithium batteries on deck to exchange every 3 months. So if you put in a high use area it would not last for 12 months.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've had this for 7 months and have been wanting to review it but got side tracked. It's fine because it just prolonged my experience with it. This lock has been amazing. I don't have experience with other smart locks to compare it to, but I read reviews on all the top smartlocks out there, watched plenty of youtube videos and I went with this one. It's incredible, not just for the price but all the other options such as the 2 fobs in case I have family come visit me, the Fingerprint biometrics, the physical keys as well as personal Pin codes. Not many others had all of those options. The fingerprint scan is super fast and rarely errors unless you carelessly try to touch it without placing your finger directly on it. The fingerprint surface doesn't look like someone would be able to raise a finger print off of it. The battery last very long. The only thing that you would have to worry about is the door not being fully closed, because the bolt will try to lock and a light alarm will beep. If you leave it like that for a very long time, it will probably drain the battery as it keeps trying to close. The app is nice. I get alerts every time someone comes home and opens the door. It tells me the name of the person that is using the finger print or code, so you have a log with times. You can create a temporary pin, in case you are going to go out of town for a day or two and want a family member or neighbor to come and peak on the pets or something. If you have an Airbnb it would be perfect as well. Don't let the price fool you to thinking it's cheap, it's not. Build quality is great, features are awesome. I would expect it to cost more. I'm glad it doesn't. Easy to install and the app was pretty simple as well. The ONLY con would be, if you want to have more than one finger print per person, you would have to add a new user rather than each each being allowed to store more than one fingerprint. You should be able to have at least 2. You don't really need more than one finger from each hand, in case you are carrying something and your right or left thumb is being used to hold something. But it's not a huge deal at all. The good far out weighs that one con.

I purchased this smart lock because I already have three smart locks in my house on my front door, garage, and basement, but I had never replaced the lock on my back door. When I went to purchase another one to match the locks I already had, the model I wanted was no longer available, so I decided to try a different brand. I’m extremely pleased that I did. The installation was very easy, and everything I needed to install the lock was included in the box. Once installed, it feels very solid and well made. The overall quality is just as good as the other smart locks I already have, and I have no complaints about the construction. Programming and setting it up was also very straightforward. I really like having the ability to control the lock through the app on my phone. There are several ways to unlock it, including entering a passcode, using my fingerprint, or using my phone, which makes it incredibly convenient. This is especially useful for me because I don’t always remember to take my keys with me. I’ve actually locked my keys inside the house before, and having a smart lock on the back door gives me another way to get back inside without having to find someone with a spare key. Being able to use my fingerprint, phone, or a code makes this an extremely valuable addition to my home. Overall, I am extremely happy with this smart lock. It was easy to install, easy to program, feels very high quality, and gives me multiple convenient ways to access my home. I wasn’t able to get the exact model I originally wanted, but after using this one, I’m glad I went with it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality smart lock with multiple entry options.

Excellent. Installation was quick & smooth. Setting up key cards & fingerprints were easy. Just download & connect to the APP. Follow the instructions & everything will go smooth. Setup auto lock too. The physical keys work too. I love it. Best experience with a new smart lock thus far. The spare screw pieces came handy because 1 of the screws were defective.

It’s a great lock and easy to install. I’ve been using it for a couple of months, and overall it’s very convenient. The only issue is that it sometimes fails. The fobs can randomly get disabled even though the app still shows them as active, and the same thing has happened with the fingerprints. It’s a bit concerning because if you don’t have the physical key, you can get locked out. In one instance, it showed a failed attempt, started blaring, and there was no way to fix it on the spot. Luckily, someone was home to let me in, otherwise I would’ve been stuck outside or had to call a locksmith Aside from that, it’s convenient, and I like not having to worry about numbers on the lock fading like with my previous lock (from a different company).

Love me new door locks. Fingerprint entry works perfectly, but I can also use the keypad code. I set up or a key, but fingerprint is my favorite for quick entry. No battery issue thus far. Also, the Lock is great looking.

Overall, I highly recommend this lock—it offers a lot of features and flexibility for the price. As for downsides, the fingerprint scanner can be a bit finicky at times. I’ve found that using your thumb works the most reliably. Also, if the fingerprint scanner fails too many times, the lock will go into a security lockdown mode, sound a siren, and won’t work again until you unlock it through the app. This could be an issue if you have kids who like to play with it. Aside from those minor issues, it’s a great lock and definitely worth considering.

Great product , easy to install, love the sleek design

I love these locks, I now have 3 plus the gateway and it works with my Alexa so I can just tell Alexa to lock my doors at night without walking through the house to lock them myself. This will be our first winter so I can't comment on their durability in cold weather but we did have a short cold snap and they seem to working great. They were exceptionally easy to install and program. The instructions were easy to follow. My whole family have their fingerprints stored which is awesome for young kids who may not remember the code, OR tell the whole neighborhood what the code is lol. This way, they never need know what the code is and our privacy and safety are protected. It does have keys and cards but we haven't used those yet as the fingerprint function works well and is so convenient

I bought this lock to replace a deadbolt between the garage access door to the house. With the old lock it was very inconvenient to fish out the physical keys to unlock the door. This lock is TTLock compatible and uses the TTLock app for lock management. The TTLock app is very capable and has everything anyone can imagine for managing one or more locks, including locking, unlocking, setting up new codes and fingerprints, checking the battery level, and checking the log of access. The lock communicates via bluetooth to the phone. This means that the phone has to be in reasonable close physical proximity to the lock for management. If you need remote management a G2 (or G3) gateway is required. I prefer locks with bluetooth access over wifi access because bluetooth consumes far less battery life. I have not had this lock long enough to validate the claims of battery life but so far it seems pretty good. Pros: Has all the features claimed, installs easily, is TTLock compatible, works well. Cons: These cons are minor and most were not a surprise. The manufacturer supplies 2 physical keys. They used to supply 5 keys. Not a huge deal as the keys can be copied but it was not clear to me as I needed at least 3 keys. The exterior facade comes in a choice of silver or black but the interior-facing facade is only black. It would have been nice if the interior and exterior color matched. The reset button is prominent and too easily accessible. It is on the inside just above the lock turning lever. In my opinion it should be recessed and require a tool such as a paper clip to press otherwise there is a risk of someone accidentally resetting the lock or someone who is not familiar with the button resetting the lock. The lock does not register manual opening events with the TTLock application. For example if the lock is unlocked from the interior by physically turning the lever, that does not show in the Record log on TTLock. Overall a good lock and I would recommend it.

super beau, pratique mais faire attention si vous avez vos clé d’auto dans vos main, moi ça gratigner la poigner et perdue du noir. A part ça l’application facile à comprendre et l'installation facile aussi!
