Whoa...
Absolutely fantastic lip mask! I'm always looking for new Korean products, especially lip masks, and I'm not sure I would have sprung and bought this at it's full price but I caught this on a lightening deal and couldn't say no...I'm addicted. I've had this for like 2 months now, using at least twice daily, and there's STILL product left! Even at full price I see this is now an absolutely splurge worthy find. I have chronic dry mouth due to medications I must take, and all of this is relatively new to me so I was quite horrified to find that it dried my lips too. And many lip products will leave a weird white residue at the corners of my mouth now, and I have to experiment to see which ones will do the bad thing, and which will set nicely on my lips. This checks all the boxes, no bad thing, no weird aftertaste even after wearing overnight, very Hydrating, stays on well unless I'm eating or drinking...I think that goes without saying. It's supposed to be an overnight lip mask but I use it day and night. It seems it may have some exfoliating properties as well? My lips are so smooth...smoother than they ever have been so whatever magic is in this stuff is much appreciated! I wasn't aware that was a feature! I think it goes without saying I'm obviously hooked and will be purchasing this many times. I want to try the kind CNP offers in the squeeze tube with the squishy lip thingy...but it's kind of pricy and I'm not sure it's the same formula. I'll be looking for it on sale!

My Lips Are Living Their Best Life, Thanks to This Magical Honey Potion
So, there I was, scrolling through that app we all know and love (but can’t name here because, you know, rules). I stumbled upon this girl raving about some mystical honey her mom had once told her about—Minooka honey. The moment I heard her say it was “hydrating,” I was sold. You could say I went on a quest to slather this stuff on every square inch of my face. First stop: the lip product she was demoing (yup, this one). Spoiler alert: If you don’t devour this stuff off your lips because it tastes like a sweet little cloud of heaven, you’ll be amazed at what it can do. Moisturize? Check. Hydrate? Double check. Plump those lips to Kardashian levels? Triple check. I’m officially obsessed. If you’re on the hunt for lip care that’s next-level, look no further ladies. I’ve been using it since the moment I got my hands on it, and let me tell you—this stuff is like a first date that actually calls you back. The price? Yeah, it’s a bit steep at $17 and some change, but listen, when my sister saw my lips, she thought I’d gone full-on filler mode. Nope. Just that sweet, sweet Minooka magic. Pros: • Lips so plump, people will think you’ve had “work done.” • Tastes like a dessert, minus the calories. • Hydrates and moisturizes like you’ve been kissing a cloud. • Perfect excuse to tell everyone about your fancy new honey obsession. Cons: • Pricey, but it’s basically like treating your lips to a spa day. • Slight risk of licking it all off because, yum. • You’ll be so obsessed, you might start using it as an excuse to take more selfies. So, if you’re ready to level up your lip game, this is your ticket. Your lips deserve the VIP treatment, and this honey-infused lip balm is just the thing to give it to them.

Deeply Hydrating Lip Butter with Long-Lasting Moisture
The texture is rich and smooth, and it applies easily without feeling sticky or heavy. It melts nicely on the lips and gives an instant feeling of hydration. I especially like using it as an overnight lip mask because it creates a protective layer that keeps my lips moisturized through the night. After consistent use, I noticed my lips felt softer and less dry, especially in the morning. It works well for preventing chapped lips, and a small amount is enough to cover the lips fully, so the product should last a while. The scent is light and pleasant, not overpowering, which makes it comfortable for daily use. The packaging is also compact and easy to carry around. Overall, this is a very effective lip balm and overnight treatment that delivers long-lasting hydration, and I would continue using it.

Dry lips are gone!
I tend to get dry lips, and I've tried a few things that just didn't help. The CNP honey lip butter works! I only use it at night before bed, and the dry p arts on the sides of my lips are gone. Lipstick looks better, too. It's not waxy, and a little drop is all I use.

Lips started peeling, and tasted like perfume.
The good: the container/dispenser is great, and the balm feels good when applied, even with a very thin layer. The bad: my lips started peeling. I went back to Remedy for a few days and my lips returned to normal. Started the CNP (original version) again, and my lips started peeling again. That’s good enough for me; I’ll stick with Remedy. It’s a bit more gloopy, but it works. Also, one application of CNP isn’t enough to last the day; I had to reapply a few times instead of my usual nice in the morning and once before bed. The scent is weird. It’s one of those that you taste as much as smell, and it lingers like you accidentally licked perfume. That part is on me; I should have noticed how far up the INCI list the fragrance was. But I do not like tasting geranium perfume for several hours each time I apply. If you don’t mind a floral perfume taste, and are happy to experiment on your lip skin, give this a try, because obviously a lot of people love this stuff and it seems to work well for them. The dispenser part is genius, even if it’s more bulky. I love that it never has to touch the lips, so as long as your hands are clean (or you use a clean tool), it seems like it wouldn’t get bacteria as easily as something that directly touches the mouth. Warning, go slow with the first use, because it takes several clicks to get there and then five times as much as you need gushes out, like a paint tube under pressure. After that first use, though, it works perfectly.

Best overnight lip mask
Hands down, the pot version (honey) best overnight lip mask I have EVER used. And that says something. I put this on before bed and wake up to completely moisturized lips. This works better than some very expensive brands for me at a much better price point. The packaging for this product is also really efficient. A little bit goes a long way, the product is THICK. I am coming back for the chocolate one to use during the day 😍

meh it's a buzzkill
I don't understand the hype over this lip butter. I was excited to try the CNP Honey Lip Butter. The promise of Manuka honey and propolis extract – both known for their antimicrobial properties – piqued my interest. Here's my breakdown and experience. Honey of a List, or Marketing Hype? Alluring Ingredients: Manuka honey boasts antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, while propolis is a beehive resin with similar benefits. In theory, this combo could be a lip-healing dream team. But... Scrutinizing the Science: While research supports the general benefits of Manuka honey and propolis for wound healing and irritation, studies specifically on their effectiveness in lip balms, absolutely nothing about the feel, smell, or experience made me think Manuka was anywhere in the balm. I am actually kind of convinced it a gimmick. We use Manuka honey in this house weekly, and are big fans, I have zero reactions to it, but I did this. Ingredient Breakdown: The ingredient list prioritizes ingredients commonly found in petrolatum-based lip balms, including petrolatum itself (often referred to as petroleum jelly). While petrolatum is a great occlusive moisturizer, it doesn't have the same healing or repairing properties) as the advertised Manuka honey and propolis extract. Textural Truths: Balmy Bliss: The texture is smooth and slick, offering a good initial layer of moisture. Those who enjoy a classic Vaseline-like balm might find this appealing. It's honestly hard for me to believe this is nothing short of Vaseline in a fun and very expensive package. Night Shift Only?: While the ointment-like texture is great for nighttime use, it might feel a bit heavy for daytime wear under lipstick or for everyday touch-ups. Caveat Emptor: Price Point Ponderings: This lip butter falls on the pricier end of the lip balm spectrum. Considering the lack of published studies on the specific lip balm formula and its hero ingredients in this context, the price tag might be a turnoff for some. I Sensitive Skin Savvy: While fragrance-free, some users have reported sensitivity to the product -- I share in their experiences, it absolutely aggravated my upper lip in quite weird way. Have only had one other product do this, so I'm suspecting the quality is low. Patch testing is recommended, especially for those with very sensitive lips. In Conclusion: The CNP Honey Lip Butter offers a petrolatum-based, occlusive moisture layer, which some might find beneficial. However, the advertised Manuka honey and propolis extract appear lower on the ingredient list, leaving the healing or repairing properties in question. The price point might not be justified for everyone - I certainly wouldn't buy it again, nor recommend it.
