Nintendo GameCube Console (Purple)

Bought the Gamecube for a Christmas present and was not disappointed. Works perfectly and came with an official nintendo controller, which was a bonus. Highly recommend this company and would order again.

It come with no box those scratches all over the console

I bought the GameCube not really knowing anything about it, it just looked nice and has all the fun games to play that Nintendo is known for. The GameCube came with an official Nintendo power cable which I was impressed with as well as an official GameCube pad, an analogue AV cable and 2 games which disappointingly have no cases, but the discs appear in good condition. Having no cases is no problem though, they are not vital to the gaming experience. What was also disappointing was the AV cable did not work, however, the seller - YOWOONLINE - went far and beyond in replacing the cable with an official AV cable and even offered to replace the console and cover everything for me if the console was the issue which thankfully it wasn't. So many thanks for the service. The only thing that didn't come with the GameCube was the memory card, though you can rummage through and buy one separately, so no problem there. All in all, I am extremely happy with this purchase and I recommend this.

Absolutely filthy even for a pre owned console,gunk in the thumbs sticks had to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected,left thumbstick chewed to bits hanging off and dirty,its that bad I cant even give ot to my son for his birthday it's bloody disgusting I've got to order new thumbsticks take the controller apart clean the crap off change the shell etc,handle at the back has a big scrape in it,don't get me wrong if it listed these issues I could of not wasted time and money buying it!never again

Not built for a modern tv to much brilliance, but the unit does work as a game console

Having been an avid console and PC gamer for years, I decided I'd quit with spending hundreds every time a new console came out or to upgrade my PC by getting a console I really enjoyed. I had some initial fears that it wouldn't be able to live up to the hype of nostalgia, but it just does. I don't know why anyone ever bothered making anything after it. I bought a used for a pretty good price, along with a decent 3rd party controller and an unofficial AV cable. Alongside games, extra controllers and such, I've spent about £150 for almost every game I'd want, with plans to get others in the next few years. Initially, I thought there may have been something wrong with the console or how my TV coped with the bloom/brightness in certain games (Mario Kart: DD and Metroid Prime 2 but not TimeSplitters 2 nor Resident Evil 4), as any bright colours would seem to 'spill' over and make certain writing and objects impossible to see. Upon further investigation online, I discovered this was a feature put in by Nintendo such that the brightness was permanently too high for First-party games when using an unofficial AV cable.This is fixed by looking for an official AV cable (at time of writing, not available from anyone on Amazon, but fairly common on eBay for between 4 and 6 quid). Whilst an annoyance, considering how cheap I got the console and most of the games I wanted for it, this issue was the only reason I didn't award 5 stars.

iv had a look at all the other reviews about this console but i really am looking forward to getting this console. i want to get so when i go on a car journey to devon i am then able to play the gamecube in the car on the way there because of the battery packs that you are able to buy. i feel that this console is very underated and it shouldn't of stopped making games for the gamecube because it looks like a great console. the controllers are very comfterble to hold meaning that you dont start to get blisters on your hand when you want to play the console for a long period of time. some people are really picky but this is a legendary console which i will probably play more than my ps3 lol i would highly recomend getting this console.

I bought this as a present for my boyfriend and I couldn't believe the price, such a good deal. Then when it arrived we tested it and it was in perfect working condition and it even came with a free game that wasn't in the description. It wasn't a game he would play on but it was just a little extra surprise. controler etc. all in working order and it arrived on the day expected. :) Great service, great product!

Game Cube ist für mich einer der Konsolen, mit der ich am meisten Spaß gehabt habe. Gibt unglaubliche Legenden wie Resident Evil, Zelda Twilight Princes darauf. Ich weiß noch, das ich mir den Game Cube wegen dem Resident Evil geholt habe.

Tenuto abbastanza benino, con qualche graffietto, ed ho odiato le etichette messe per censire il prodotto, che per toglierle ho dovuto usare alcool e olio di gomito .e qualche bestemmia ..., peccato per la batteria a tampone che è esaurita, e non è stata sostituita, per cui ogni volta che lo accendi, devi rimettere a posto data e ora... Un vero peccato..., lo avevo acquistato perché la mia vecchia GameCube a cui avevo sostituito la batteria, da un giorno all'altro ha deciso di non leggere più alcun disco..., la nuova consolle è perfetta, peccato per la batteria interna . Per il resto . .. non ho avuto alcun problema .. spero che il gruppo ottico non faccia la stessa fine della mia vecchia... Visto che avranno più o meno gli stessi anni..., la mia del Day One, questa è grigia, una colorazione che non avevo mai visto .. forse è una custom.. non só, ma in ogni caso credo sia leggermente più recente di qualche anno... Se non erro... Perché le colorazioni iniziali furono, viola o nera...
