Have been taking these for a while now, though like other supplements my husband and I both take we don't really know if were feeling any different. I am not getting sick or feeling bad but he has had some issues here and there but that is just how it is with him. I will say I like the ease in taking these. They are easily swallowed, don't have any odor and or taste. They are a fantastic value for the amount you get and if the health benefits are what they say they should be then I'm a fan and will be buying these again once I eventually run out because there really is so much in this pouch they sent that I still have quite a bit in there and that is with 2 people taking 1 each daily.

I’ve been taking these Vitamin D3/K2 softgels for about two years and have really liked them. They’re easy to swallow, the ingredients look clean, and I’ve consistently taken 4–5 softgels a day because I thought my Vitamin D levels needed extra support. However, I recently had routine bloodwork done, and my Vitamin D levels still came back low. That surprised me considering the amount I’ve been taking daily. I’m not sure what the issue is — whether it’s absorption, dosage, or something else — but it does make me wonder if the potency is as strong as the label suggests.
