Built to last for lifetime
Well made, strong and durable. Tension stated is between 50 to 70 kg. Excellent product. Can adjust for more Tension. Product is for lifetimes and serious strong persons. Easy to use and understand.

Best Twister for Advanced Gym-goers
Very well made twister with quality materials. Handles can be slid and locked in 3 resistance slots. The guide accompanying the twister was in Chinese so it took me some time to figure out the correct way of sliding the grips. I am 5'10", weighing about 75kg and have been working out moderately for some years. I am able to do the front exercises at the lowest resistance with maximum effort. The over-the-head and back-of-the-neck exercises are too difficult for now. The biceps exercise is out of the question because of the length of the twister and also its resistance. Therefore, it may not be very useful for beginners and people of small build. I wish Proberos had a lower resistance twister of the same design.

Extremely unsafe
The item is extremely unsafe as the handle immediately gotten loose was almost about to hit my face which lead to a cut in my lip and nose. This is extremely unsafe and would like return the same. DON'T BUY THIS, the risk is much heavier than the rewards its has to offer. Much better to invest in some other equipment
