Great kit for getting started
Great set, The larger carving knives feel good in the hand, and are sharp enough to make easy work of the balsa blanks that comes with. The cut resistant gloves are a nice addition, they already saved me from a few cuts. But they do get cut, and if you arent carefull youll need another pair soon The kit organizer is great too. Enough space for everything, a few extras, and it fastens down when closed so no worries of things falling out.

Backpackers set
This is a great set for the person whos a woodsman as I . A person who cares a pack on his back into the forest/woods/wilderness for a get away and wants to enjoy their time by the fire whittling. Its light weight and rolls the size of a oil can . Its a great backpackers set! The roll case isnt real leather but seems semi durable. Ill sew up a nice leather case for the set using this cases pattern . Either way the knives seem nice for the price id say its a great deal and set. Cheers!

Nice set for beginners
Gave as a christmas present. Set looked nice

Fair
I figured with the price point there's be downsides. I've already had to glue the curved knives in place which has already shown some blade damage. They are sharp--ive already had to super glue a cut shut. That being said, for a beginner kit, it's not terrible, I got two spoons carved in under 2 hours. Be ready for a lot of blade maintenance

Wonderful set, I bought this for my father in law for Christmas and he immediately loved it. Pretty much everything you need to whittle.

A bit sharp to use.
These are ok but a bit dangerous to use. I need more time to see how well these cut the wood.

Great buy-
As a newby to wood carving this is perfect. Just as pictured, comes with tools and sharpening items. More tools than I really know how to use well, but I'm learning!

Good for price ig
Good but the sharpness dulls really quickly after a project but it has a good value for money i guess and usually its slides through the wood like butter.. sometimes or it will crack the wood
