Once assembled, each unit is large, solid, and completely wobble‑free. They stack neatly for storage, and the dishes themselves are very well made. The bottom tray acts as the water bath, heated by the burner underneath, and the top tray is shallower so it sits snugly on top to lock in the heat. The lids are stainless steel rather than glass, which I actually prefer; they’re sturdier, safer around heat, and they keep the whole set looking uniform and professional. Assembly is straightforward. The fittings are self‑locking and feel reassuringly strong, and it took around ten minutes from start to finish. The instructions are clear enough, but they don’t cover everything. There’s nothing about how to fit the lid latches, and I couldn’t quite figure those out. There’s also no guidance on what fuel to use in the burners, so that’ll be a bit of trial and error when I eventually use them for heating rather than just serving. Used the twin chafers at Mum’s 76th in the beach side marquee. They looked far posher than the old aluminium trays thanks to the gold trim, and my uncle kept tapping the lid like a cymbal. Solid stainless steel, nothing wobbly. Each pan swallows roughly 7.5 litres so my wife’s seafood linguine stayed put instead of me legging it to the cooker every ten minutes. I slid two fuel tins underneath and the food stayed hot for about three hours, though the holders could sit a touch higher, the flame almost kissed the cloth. And the built in lid stand saved that silly juggle with a dripping cover. Cleaning was a quick splash of hot water, though stacking them takes a bit of Tetris. Update: company sent the correct pieces and I’m happy. I will purchase more items from this company! The dishes are nice & good quality, but I ordered a returned product for a discount and they were tossed in together which resulted in scratches. Furthermore, one dish came with a leg that wasn’t drilled accurately and came with a metal lid instead of glass. I have reached out to the company and hope they will rectify this.

Looks beautiful, doesn't work, does not keep food warm. Wanted to love this. Got this from my mom she was so disappointed
