Worked really well. Took about two weeks to notice any difference. I had a lot more energy and don’t feel bloated anymore. You will feel bloated and gassy the first week as it says on the box, but it does go away. Must take consistently. I forgot to take it on a week long trip and when I started taking it again it was like starting over with the bloat feeling. Would buy again.

This Culturelle product seems to be working. I read a few reviews before I purchased that discounted stars. Customers stated they experienced bloating / discomfort and thus they chose to quit the product and left a negative review. Guys, the bottle literally tells you there might be initial issues (see my pic). I had bloating & gurgling right away. The bloat was so “bad” my weight went up 5 pounds in the first 3 days. Stick with it!! The morning gurgle quit after 3 days, and the bloat dissipated after the initial 5 days. I read this as: my system desperately needed this supplement. I take one per day, with my coffee, in the morning before I eat. I’m definitely “more regular” & do not have recurring bloat. Try it! I used Subscribe & Save to get this first bottle much cheaper. Can always cancel up to a week before it’s scheduled to come if you don’t like it.

This medication or supplement as you should call it I guess has helped with my bowels and constipation feelings well. But I have not noticed any weight management benefit.

I have ordered these three times now so that alone says a lot. When I take them consistently I notice a real difference in my sugar cravings. I am much less snacky and not constantly reaching for something sweet which makes staying on track feel easier. As for weight management I cannot say anything dramatic yet but I do like how I feel when I am taking them. They fit easily into my routine and I have had no stomach issues or weird side effects. Nothing over the top or gimmicky but they seem to work best when you stay consistent. I will definitely keep reordering.

I love this product. A doctor told me about the brand years ago. When I started working on losing weight, I knew I wanted to also support my gut. This product has made it easy. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don't taste them at all. This is a good probiotic.

Now, I am using other probiotics that help with your weight, but I think this one works. It takes months to see results with probiotics, usually about 3. Which I hate buying things and not knowing if they are working for 3 months. I haven't been able to lose weight. Really, I'd done a strict combination of less than 20 cabs/day keto, intermittent fasting, and exercise...over 9 months, I lost a total of 20lbs. It sucked! I'm not getting a lot of weight loss, my body is grudgingly letting go of the fat, but I am getting some and it's much easier.

I have been taking the Culturelle weight management for several months and a good thing about it is I am less bloated and more regular. The Slimbiotic doesn’t seem to help at all.I had a better result with the old formula of the weight management before they changed to the current formula. Wished they had kept the old one. Oh well just have to keep looking.

I've been using these for about a month and a half now on a chat gpt referral, lol. After getting pummeled with an ad for another probiotic to lose weight while playing games, and a search revealed that the advertised one wasn't as well recieved as the ads promised, I decided to ask handy doctor Ai. After describing some things, I got referred to another extra strength one and this Culturell for weight. I've been taking the other in the morning and this one around dinner time, as instructed. I haven't lost weight yet but my fingers are crossed🫰
