are these goves actual 6mm or are they 4mm..??

Be careful!!! I ordered the 6 mil gloves but lately I've found them to feel thin. Well, guess what. The boxes I've been receiving lately are NBFT7003, and according to this site, it's the 4 mil version. It's too late for me to return the boxes because I really needed the gloves. Not happy with this company.

These gloves are appropriately sized; neither big nor small for stated sizes. Good quality.
