Safe for your first tryst with Bhut Jolokia
Itโs a safe starting level pickle for those wanting to step into the ring with Bhut Jolokia. Get to know, say your first hellos and hiโs, quite like first date. For sure it is tasty. The recipe is good. You can keep a spoonful alongside any food to add a bit dance of flavour. But, it is nowhere near - banging the table and cursing the heavens type of heat. Wish they could climb up the Scoville scale by a few notches and weaponise the pickle a bit.
