I'm a great believer in taking healthy oils & this one is exceptional.I used to buy the expensive MCT oils but because I take lots of supplements I spend too much every month. Something had to go! So I bought the solid coconut oil & took that.Yes, the solid stuff is excellent for oil-pulling but swallowing another dollop daily did not help my energy levels or brain clarity.I stumbled on this liquid coconut 🥥 oil which is 93% MCTs & very versatile: use it to ingest, add to bath, moisturise body, remove make up among other things. It is almost tasteless, with just a hint of coconut.I drink approx 20ml daily as well as using it for cleansing etc & noticed a difference within half an hour of swallowing it. I felt more energetic, positive & better brain clarity, - just the same as taking the previous C8 oils with 100% MCTs. I paid £5.39 for this & have it now on my S & S list.If the seller decides to hike the price I will research elsewhere as so often this happens when good reviews are left.ATM I highly recommend this product & will be happy to continue buying it indefinitely.As we age, our deficiencies increase along with all the accumulated damage that toxins have done to body & brain. Staying relatively healthy after 70 is a time & £ consumer but so necessary to keeping going. I'm so glad we have Amazon to source such excellent products for us & deliver them quickly! 👍😁👏

Was looking for a coconut oil spray oil for ages but couldn't find one 100% coconut. Now I use this in a glass spray bottle I bought separately. Cooks well and doesn't really leave a flavour. Lasts ages as a spray too!

I used it mostly for my hair and it was really nice. Light with a faint scent of coconut oil.

I have been using this Natures aid oil, for around 6 years or even longer. Yes there is one disadvantage as when you use for cooking(steak) it does produce a lot of smoke, but it's good for salads, or anything, where you would be using oil. I have get rid of any other oils, and use only this coconut oil for EVETHYNG in my kitchen. For 6 years of usage, have no complaints. especially happy when there is a sale on Amazon, and you can get bottler for around £5-5.50

I bought this after reading an article about using coconut oil for teeth whitening. After using it for just a few days, I’m really pleased that it seems to work!If you’d like to do the same, the article I read says to swill it around your mouth for 20 minutes each night (for about 2 weeks) then brush your teeth afterwards.I’ve found the best results come from brushing teeth before and after swilling.Big tip- do NOT dispose of the swilled coconut oil down the sink! It can block the pipes and you will need to call a plumber to fix it!

I've not used coconut oil before and have wondered what all the fuss is about, so having the opportunity to try this has been interesting.I've used it for the past few days in a variety of dishes; it's much thinner and lighter than ordinary common-or-garden vegetable or sunflower oil, and I, contrary to what other reviewers have said, found it actually cooked away very quickly at high temperature. I also found the aroma quite strong, and stronger the hotter it became, likewise the taste. This evening I made vegetable soup using a tablespoon of the oil as a base for searing the vegetables; the taste of coconut was quite delicate, but it was detectable. I'm really not sure I like that slight sweetness in my veggie soup; used in Thai dishes, for example, I think it would work quite well.I haven't used it in baking yet, as I tend not to bake much during the summer months, and neither have I used it in the many other ways suggested, such as moisturiser or hair conditioner. I may well try it in the next few days and add an update. As to its alleged calorie burning properties, I'm happy to say I do not need to concern myself with this particular aspect. In the meantime I have mixed views about coconut oil ; yes, it's lighter than conventional cooking oils, but it's that sweetness I'm not sure of.

I use this in my smoothie or BPC. It’s also nice straight off the spoon if you need extra fats for your macros. It has a mild coconut flavour very pleasant & easy to use. I looked into MCT oil but very expensive! This has 93% MCT’s good price too & good enough for me .
