Bronze Blood Pressure Monitor & Upper Arm Blood Pressure Cuff

I purchased the OMRON Bronze Blood Pressure Monitor for home use, and overall I’ve been very satisfied with it so far. The setup was straightforward right out of the box, and the instructions were easy to follow. The cuff is comfortable and fits securely, and I like that it feels sturdy without being overly complicated to operate. With just one touch, the readings are quick and consistent, which makes it easy to track blood pressure regularly at home. One feature I really appreciate is how simple it is to use without needing to mess around with multiple settings. The ease of use helps us take readings more frequently and consistently, making it much easier to stay on top of our blood pressure monitoring at home. It stores readings automatically, which is helpful for keeping track over time without having to write everything down manually. The display is also clear and easy to read. I also already own an OMRON smart scale, which is part of why I chose to purchase this blood pressure monitor. I wanted to keep my health tracking within the same ecosystem for consistency and convenience. I also bought this as a replacement for my old blood pressure monitor, which is no longer accurate. The build quality feels solid, and it gives me confidence that it will hold up with regular use. It’s compact enough to store easily when not in use, which is a plus if you don’t want medical equipment cluttering up your space. I gave this a 5 because it seems very accurate and easy to use. Also comes with a soft case and is light enough for travel. The Bluetooth function and app work really well and are easy to use. I would have taken 1/2 a star because it is a battery eater! Keep that in mind if you need it, and don't keep extra batteries on hand.

Take 3 readings a month so it ties to my Smart Watch. Had some initial difficulty getting it to complete without error but learned how to put it on the upper arm properly, no further issues. Bluetooth connectivity is spot-on, no issues. Setup is extremely easy and accuracy seems to be very good.

My wife and I had BP cuffs that we bought on Amazon and used them thinking they were accurate. They weren't even close to being accurate. 25-30 points higher on the systolic. I bought one each for my wife and me and am contented that the readings are accurate. Buyer beware on BP cuffs. Don't assume they are accurate. My physician recommended this brand of BP cuff because that is what they use in their office.

After recently having slightly high blood pressure at a doctor's appointment, I was instructed by him to take readings daily on my Omron. I had given it to my daughter to use, so purchased the Omron Bronze. It is doctor-recommended, and very accurate. The only thing I dislike about it is that it is hard to get the cuff on my arm as tightly as it should be, but it does the job. I have never had high BP but once before this, and thankfully it is back to normal.

This is extremely accurate and easy to use. While there are cheaper brands, this is the primary brand used in most clinics and physicians' offices. I returned another, much more expensive model I purchased from CVS that had less features at twice the cost. Get this one...

I was going to give this two stars but I'm giving it three because it's turning on when it's supposed to. This is not very accurate but it'll most likely get you in the ballpark. My blood pressure is steady and has been for years because I'm on medication. The machine did show that. However, it can change readings from 104/73 and then just one minute that can say 93/69. I was feeling lightheaded but the first reading looked fine. I think the second number probably was even actually lower than the 93/69 the machine said. The pulse is inaccurate as well. I was being weaned off a beta blocker and so while I was checking my blood pressure of course I'm using it to check my pulse and it said 98. I thought oh oh wow what a big difference that is since I've cut the dose of that pill in half. I didn't get up, I didn't move position, I waited about 30 seconds and rechecked it and my pulse then was 78. That's a huge difference if you're looking for accuracy because that might be the difference between me thinking coming off that medication is affecting my heart rate that much. Again, I guess if you have high blood pressure numbers it may help you to give you an idea of where the BP is at, but do not count on this for true accuracy. The app and syncing is another whole headache. I've only had this for a few months and when I first got it, it synced fine with my phone, there was no problem. The blood pressure machine did not fall, the batteries were good and today it would not sync at all but attempted to, then said error. I redid my Bluetooth connection, I even deleted the app to reinstall it, which then of course took the memory out, fortunately I had already taken a screenshot of all my results before I did that just in case it did delete the results. I tried plugging it in to see if that would help and it was all useless. They have a chat box in the app, but you're only going to get a useless AI responding to you. It will also say no one is available to take your call right now although supposedly it's open Monday through Friday 8:30 to I think 5: 30pm I won't even bother trying to straighten out the app it's not worth the headache and it will give me a spike in blood pressure being aggravated trying to straighten it out. This isn't that complicated of a machine but it was still aggravating me. I wouldn't even know if I would recommend this to someone. If you need a blood pressure cuff at home, it's better than the wrist ones which are completely inaccurate, but this is not something I would be bragging about either. It wasn't cheap either so I would expect a bit more accuracy and an app the stays connected.

Straight forward monitor (my 3rd monitor, and 1st Omron), pump works well, big display, app is a bit clunky, but works. I have been using for a few weeks, and more than usual to make sure the readings are reasonable and consistent. Very happy so far. [The last monitor I had, you needed an app to use it. The company went under and you could no longer sign into the app and rendered the monitor useless, so I went to this style that works without the app.]. It's not that big, and comes with a case. I recommend.

Easy to use, compact, and once you download their app, all your information is stored there. This really should be used for only one person, however.

Seems to work fine, as expected. Readings are lower than the values that I get at my doctor’s office.

I've had a couple of bp machines that go around the wrist and according to those I always have really low blood pressure. Because I've had an issue with high blood pressure when I started getting headaches I started to doubt my two machines and ordered the Omron Bronze. I found out my blood pressure was going quite high every night. Thankfully I ordered my new machine and found out I am having issues at night because now I can manage the problem. If I had of just used the other machines it could have meant a real problem for my health. The Omron is a reliable blood pressure machine that goes around the upper arm. This model can store about 12 previous readings and is Bluetooth compatible. It costs a little more but when it comes to accuracy regarding your health the increase in price means nothing.. if I could give it a 4 1/2 star I would have done that. It can get pretty painful while it's inflating but it only lasts about 30 seconds so just grinamd bear it.
