So I’ve had this for a couple weeks now, and I gotta say, I absolutely love it! Setting it up was really simple, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t very tech-savvy! Programming the buttons was easy and I love how you can customize the image for each button. I’ve used it with OBS for changing scenes, and it works seamlessly. I also have a few buttons programmed to play funny sounds during my stream which works great! I even have a button set to open hello kitty island adventure hahaha. Changing the RGB colors is also really easy, you just push the button on the back. Overall very happy with it and haven’t had any issues!

Overall, great product if you want to stream and facilitate a lot of processes. My biggest complaint is the cable seems to be inconsistent and makes me lose the connection at times. There's not really much of a slant either, so it falls rather flat. You definitely need to 3D print a slanted stand or make one yourself some other way. Other than that, great cheaper alternative to the stream deck. Fix these things and it will be a 5-star product.

Even though these kinds of products are used for streamers I actually use it for photo editing and my small business. I find it really useful and helpful as I don’t have to go digging in folders or pulling up browsers. I also game and it’s extremely helpful for games that won’t minimize to get to your home screen.The rgb lighting options are so nice. I love how the buttons for the icons are in color. The fact that you can open everything from apps, folders to a web browser is also very nice.I do have some things I would like to see Fifine update with it. Like having built in stand or maybe it comes with a stand to have it stand up. If you don’t prop it against something it lies flat. I also had an issue that my icons just completely disappeared one day. So I do have to reassign them. Though idk if that was a computer glitch.

You know when I heard elgato had potential competition I was excited. From Fifine no less, I have their microphone. A stream deck for almost half the cost. Well...ig you get what u pay for. Worked perfect for the first 2 days and then after it seems like you need to CONSTANTLY check for firmware updates or whatever for buttons to stay consistent. At this point it's more a paperweight. Not to mention when it doesn't work I need to juggle with unplugging and keeping the app running

Opened box and followed instructions to download software.Browser blocked the download, claiming it was potentially malicious software.I bypassed the browser block and downloaded it anyway. Then windows flagged it as malware and removed it when I tried to execute it.Returned item as it doesn't function without software and couldn't find a software version not being flagged as malware.

Do you want a deck controller but do not want to pay the inflated price of other companies, you know which one I a referring to. Yes, you have to install the software and install it but the interface is clean and works well. I have not had any issues with it. I have read some reviews that were a little over the top against this device, but nothing they said have I experienced in the time I have been using it. I use it to launch games that I play regularly, and launch tools that I use frequently You will love this device
