Great item, pleased with this purchase!
I set this up easily, in line with the instructions. However, I still don't understand the difference between the Master code and User code, the instructions were a little garbled and were not clear which code it was referring to - at the end of the day, it will operate with two codes in exactly the same way.There was a little dent on the base, hence the four stars, but I can live with this and it does not affect the operation.Someone mentioned that their instruction sheet advises where to get more keys, but I have no information on this and would like to know please?

No Instructions unable to use
No instructions in the box, 2 keys hanging up but can't see a key lock the default code does not work, The dial does not move to open - without instructions this is totally useless - if not provided then it will be returned as totally useless and will need collecting to heavy for me to carry

battery cover difficult to open.
Although it's an electric safe, several people tried to open the battery area, It's not easy. The safe itself is pretty lightweight, but a good size inside.

This was delivered today and Iโm extremely pleased with it.It has a sturdy door with larger than normal deadbolts and has been well constructed. Itโs heavy without being too heavy and would happily go in an upstairs room without issue.I would highly recommend this safe and the included fire wallet that comes with it. 10/10
