Far better haircut from Andis Clipper than previous Chinese clipper
Previously I used a Chinese clipper/trimmer set for 2 years and the clipper always left stray longer hairs. The Andis Clipper is a 000 to 1 clipper head while the Chinese one was 0-1 so the Andis gives me a much shorter hair as I have had my entire life. The Andis clipper did not leave a single uncut hair on my head. The trimmer pulled my hair when I tried to use it, which was painful. I called Andis Service in Wisconsin and spoke with a customer care representative, a lady who was actually a native English speaker. I'm hard of hearing and have difficulty with accents. She sent me a mailing label to ship the trimmer back to the factory for adjustment. Really exceptional technical help which reflects favorably on this company.
