Last minute purchase for holiday. Comfortable even in hot weather, true to size, quality outlived the holiday, so will keep for next trip!

Cheap and cheerful summer shoes
These cheap shoes are perfect for summer. Soft enough that they don't take much breaking in, durable enough that each pair lasted me a couple of seasons (though I wouldn't recommend hard wearing terrain, and I don't wear them every day - it's not that sunny here!). Warning: they absolutely stink of rubber when they arrive so open them in a ventilated room and give them a day or so to air out. But these are my go to summer shoes now. Also not sure how they would cope with very hot temperatures, being rubber / plastic (?)- but where I live that's not an issue!

Brill for around the pool and on the sands.
Easy to slip on and off great for around the pool and on the sands, very comfy. A bit smelly though (plastic).

the back of one shoe split within a couple of weeks
The shoe broke. I contacted Amazon, who promised a full refund. I haven't received it!!

These are a little bit tight, so it might be better to order them half a size bigger than normal.

Comfortable
For a plastic shoe, it’s one of the most comfortable I have ever worn; I slightly expected it to dig a little, but no, it’s just as comfortable as wearing socks. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Not really a criticism, but I ordered a 39 and received a 40, but there are no issues with it size wise and it fits just as fine
