I am so happy with this purchase. I mostly use it to clean my retainer and I feel it does the job. I used to just brush my retainer with a toot brush but this gets the job done much better leave my retainer feeling clean every day. It doesn’t take up too much space on the counter and is very easy to use.

Worked well/easy to use but the ultrasonic cleaner stopped working after 9 months. 1 star rating as it's not unreasonable for a customer to expect an item to last longer than 9 months. Can't comment on their customer service at the moment as I just filled out a contact form on the Phniti website the other day, so awaiting a response.

I bought this cleaner to help clean my retainers and it’s worked great so far! There is only one cleaning setting and the cycle lasts roughly 5 minutes. The value for money is great and the device has a slight to medium buzz sound while it operates.

Worked fine until it stopped turning on after 18months. Tried a different power adapter and still didn’t work.

I have invisalign and for anyone who wears any kind of retainer you know brushing just doesn't cut it. Voila, This was the trick. The trays come out very, very clean. Where has this been? It's been here. This is an especially nice one. You will be glad if you purchase it.

Been working pretty great! I never had to brush my retainers. Every morning I put my Invisalign trays, a bacteria cleaning tablet I got from the grocery store, and water in.. I click the button two times to wash thoroughly, then rinse and put back in. Small enough to fit on the counter but unfortunately have to spare an outlet plug to run it.
