235W Power Supply for Dell OptiPlex 760 780 960 980 SFF

Got this a few days ago and installed it very easily. Fit was perfect. It corrected my dead computer.

The power supply on my old Dell Optiplex 780 desktop computer suddenly quit working. I ordered this power supply as a replacement. It was exactly like the original one. I installed it in the computer and turned it on. Problem solved. Works like a charm!

Install was just like the original and powered up first try. Only been a couple weeks, but still working.

This power supply shipped fast, arrived fast and fit my computer perfectly. The reason I say to get the warranty is that this is the second one of these units I purchased. Same product, same seller, but the first one didn't last a year. Good price and it works, but the warranty will get you that piece of mind in the event of failure. Lesson learned!

I wrote a great review for this product. Then, Amazon deleted it because I included a URL to Dell's website. No time to re-write the review. This is a good product that works as advertised.

for Dell Optiplex 780 with a failing power supply. Part arrived in good shape, but the interior packaging looked like a kidergarten project. It installed perfectly and all the connectors matched. The problem was figuring out how to remove the old power supply. The PC fired right up after installation and has been running for about 2 months. I highly recommend determining the part number of the old power supply and make sure that the new one cross references to that number. I didn't...just went by the PC model number and got the wrong part on the first try.

dad's computer died. Figured it was power supply or memory. it was power supply. Very easy to replace. Took about 30 min. only because I hadn't taken it apart before and didn't want to break anything. computer up and running like new.

Nicely packed, fast ship, exact correct replacement supply to get my Dell Optiplex 780 going again. Bought two of these so that I would be able to fix a second dell Optiplex 780 that we have when the original Dell power supply finally quits in that PC. Very happy to get this PC going again at a very modest cost.
