PetraTools HD201 Garden Pump Sprayer 2 Gallon, 52-in Long Hose & 2 Nozzles

This sprayer is an excellent product. It was easy to set up and held its pressure very well and didn't really need 30 pumps to make it work. i would recommend it to anyone looking for a larger(2 gallon) sprayer.

I bought this sprayer because it looked like it is quality made and made in the USA sprayer worked good but developed a pin hole leak in the seam texted company and they sent me a new one in a couple days, nice unit and nice company to deal with will buy from them again!

I wasn't familiar with Petra Tools, but it had good reviews so I bought it. I have never been so satisfied with a product. The sprayer works great and is well made. I have had two questions since I bought it and both times their customer service answered my questions right away. I highly recommend it.

This sprayer works as advertised and is a great replacement for my old one. The sprayer has a nice pattern and can reach out pretty far saving steps if you have a lot of spraying to do.

My old battery sprayer was not working as it should and I needed to get a replacement ASAP for my plants. I took the plunge for this 2 Gal. sprayer which had many positive reviews and was offered at a reasonable price. As soon as I received it and assembled it, I noticed that the sprayer was missing a very useful feature from my battery one (a locking mechanism to enable nonstop spraying from the wand). Before getting further frustrated with this issue, I figured that there might be a solution. As I was looking around, I remembered having some 5 inch spring clamps laying around. Much to my surprise I clamped it to the sprayer's handle and Voilà it fits like a glove (I have attached pictures to show which type of spring clamp I used). This workaround made me so happy since I knew that if I manually held the handle in the wand with my index finger for prolonged periods, my finger would get tired or worse case, hurt like when you're using a hose sprayer without a built-in lock during summertime. The other possible solution to resolve this very issue would be to replace the included wand altogether for a different one. That would have made the investment in this sprayer negligible as it would make it that much more expensive and not a great bargain. Besides this little nitpick, the sprayer works as it should. The tip is very versatile as it can be adjusted from nice soft mist to a long distance straight stream. It's manually pumped and can reach its limit after 8 to 9.5 pumps. It's a bit tricky at first when screwing/unscrewing the pump piece from the unit as you need to concentrate on the inner ring piece to do so. If you go after the outer ring, you end up disassembling the whole piece apart which is really irritating. You have to push the pump all the way down and "lock it" to turn left to unscrew and turn to the right to screw it. After a few tries, you will get the hang of it. There are very detailed instructions in the container which is definite plus. The container itself along with the pump seem to be made of strong, durable plastic materials. The wand seems to have an average built since it's all plastic and there's no metal parts like my battery sprayer. The container for the spray clearly indicates the volume measurement mark (Liter/gallons) in plain, bold letters. When you remove the pump, you can easily pour your fluid into the hole without the need of a funnel. The sprayer seals the fluid inside the container in its entirety so there's no worry about leakage. The other great part is that it's a manual sprayer so you don't have to worry about attaching or charging a battery. You also get additional parts if you need to replace them in the near future from wear and tear. After a couple of tries, you get used to the functionability sprayer. I just hope that in the future, the wand comes at least with a locking mechanism for nonstop spraying. If that was the case, this sprayer would get a 5/5. As it stands, I give it a 4.5/5 with my workaround. Without this workaround, I would give it a 4/5. Even with this flaw, I still recommend this sprayer. It works, it's very well made for the price and best of all, provides great coverage.

This company is GREAT! Had a problem with the "pressure relief valve". The keeper that held it in place broke, which disabled the valve. I called Petratools Customer Service and spoke with Christina. I advised her of the situation and asked her if she could ship me a new "pressure relief valve". Instead of shipping just the valve, she said she was going to send me and entire new sprayer. What company does that these days? I'm also going to be in the market for a 4 gallon battery powered backpack sprayer in the near future, and I guarantee, I'll be purchasing the one manufactured by Petratools due to both quality and SERVICE!

Go throw away that crappy one you bought from Home Depot. This one is 1000% better quality and even has filters built-in with extra filter filters in the packaging. I can already tell this one is going to last me way longer and give me 1000% less hassle than the crappy one you buy the big box stores!

This sprayer works great! Very simple to use and covers a decent area before having to refill. I killed all of my Creeping Charlie this summer. Rating of 3 stars is because of a leak that developed at a seam in the bottom. Maybe a one off but I just started using this spring and it didn't last the season.
