I took this product infrequently but definitely saw an improvement in my mood and energy levels throughout the days when I did take it. Took for several days in a row and felt lighter, probably because of the anti-inflammatory effects. I felt like this was a good quality Shilajit and I would take it again! Didn't notice any kind of smell, unlike other supplements I've taken. No specific taste, since it was in capsule form, couldn't taste it.

Works. Other brands show more info detail on their labels. This says it has 1000 mg, but doesn't say if it is 20% Fulvic or what. It says lab tested, but never gives any details about that. I could be wrong but seems like they spent more effort designing a beautiful label than give you any data. And the label font size is like 8 point, very difficult to read, even with great close up vision. Why? My guess is that this is a re-wrapped version of a white label product. Nice label though, and the product seems good, even if way more expensive than others. I bought it, used it, it was good. But after that I ordered a cheaper but also highly rated competitor to compare against.

More energy and movement with my arthritis

I feel like I’ve had a bump in energy from taking shilajit. It’s loaded with fulvic acid, humic acid and an absolute load of minerals.

I don't feel that this is a great product because the potency doesn't seem to be there. The price seems to be good but some things are too good to be true. Tried many different shilajit supplements and this is by far the least potent. I personally did not feel any difference using this product but it does smell like shilajit if you open up the tiny capsules that are easy to digest.

This has been a great product for me. I believe it is going to be a supplement I take for the rest of my life. The mental focus and consistent energy I have obtained by taking this has been surprising to me. Usually by 4pm I’m tired at work and by the time I’m off at 6pm I could just call it a night. This has allowed me to get through the day will no slump and continue to have energy into the late evening. I haven’t noticed any crazy change in regards to libido like others have mentioned in their reviews. I was very skeptical of this supplement but I’m glad I took the chance on it. And yes, I believe it’s correct pronunciation is Shil-a-jeet but that wouldn’t have made for a catchy review title.
