I absolutely LOVE this Excalibur dehydrator! It works incredibly well, but one of the things that surprised me most is how QUIET it is. I expected something this size to sound like a small aircraft taking off in my kitchen 😂, but nope—it just quietly does its thing! So far I've been experimenting with different fruits, and everything has turned out great. But let me tell you...dehydrated cantaloupe! 🍈🙌 Who knew?! It is hands-down my favorite so far and dangerously delicious. The trays give me plenty of room, it's easy to use, and I've been so impressed with the results. I'm already thinking about everything else I can throw in this thing! If you've been considering a dehydrator, this one gets a HUGE thumbs-up from me. Now go get ya self one! 🤣🙌🫶

This is amazing! I’ve gotten into gardening and this year luckily success has me looking for ways to preserve that harvest. This is an amazing option to add to your arsenal - namely I’m amazed at how little space dehydrated veggies take up! Note: I noticed many reviews questioning this product because of the fan sounding like it’s not consistent and this is specifically mentioned in the user manual as an intentional design feature intended to avoid case hardening. 🤓

This was a replacement for an older Excalibur that we had had for about 25 years. The bottom was made of plastic and finally cracked due to age. This new one is great. I kind of miss the old dial controls, actually not really. The racks are stainless i think and I go ahead and clean them in the dishwasher against some instructions. I do like the light that makes it easy to check on the drying without opening the door and letting things cool down. The French doors are a very nice addition. And the base is now all metal so this should last even longer than the previous one.

Excellent Gear. In addition to dehydrating I take the racks out and put a three gallon stainless steel pot and make two and a half gallons of yogurt.

I was so excited to get this dehydrator. It came I plugged it in. Nothing. It would not come on. Sent it back. Received the 2nd one. It worked! But the door glass was loose and you had to wiggle it to close the door. I sent it back. Received the 3rd one. It was perfect. Despite the difficultly and disappointment I am really happy with this dehydrator. It is so roomy and I really see the difference in how it leaves the food

Just starting dehydrating food and this is a great tool for learning the hobby. Did both fruit and beef jerky and between the instruction manual and device it was easy to operate.

I don't have a ton of experience dehydrating food, but this machine seems pretty nice. I liked the reviews I saw so I went for it. First batch turned out very good. Machine seems to run efficiently. Very quiet. Very easy to use. Can't wait till summer time to experiment with different fruits and herbs. We have so much fresh fruit in the area, it seems weird to buy fruit in the winter when prices are higher. Will definitely stock pile this summer. Haven't made jerky yet, but I feel like it will be a breeze when I do!!

Vraiment contente de mon achat. Trop hot pour déshydrater mes champignons. 2 x plus vite qu’un avec le fan par en dessous. Silencieux et très facile d’utilisation. Je la recommande fortement. Avoir su j’aurais pris celui à 10 tablettes au lieu de 8. Mais bon .

chegou dentro do prazo previsto. *as portas de abertura, não têm uma boa fixação, uma delas saiu na mão ao abrir. vai ser necessário colar. fora esse detalhe, funciona perfeitamente e o equipamento é muito bonito.
