Also these are easier to swallow than the large hard “horse pills” I kept buying before. These are capsules. I am amazed that they work. Could never keep taking the large pills long enough to tell if they worked. I have way less pain and my knees don’t sound and feel as boney (hard to describe but I can tell I’m low on cartilage in my knee when I move it, if you have experienced this feeling/sound like me you will know what I’m talking about!). So that phenomena has lessened. And I’m three weeks into taking these so I’m sold.

I picked this one because it was the cheapest. Because you know living on a budget sucks and it is what it is. But I have to admit after after 2 weeks my right knee started hurting less and my back feels better so yes it is a very good product

I'm a young woman, but have been experiencing severe hip pain for weeks. Not kidding, I started to feel relief within 3 days of taking these! Now that it's been over a week, I am sooo much more comfortable. From a 10/10 to a 2/10 pain score. I will continue to take these for sure.

The vitamins are likely exactly what they are meant to be. However, my delivery appeared to have had a capsule or two crack open or leak into the bottle. This leaves the other capsules covered in a dusty residue. I may try another brand.
