It Tastes Great and Works Well For Constipation
I really like this product. It tastes really good like deep red fruit so don’t eat too many and leave home. 4 in am and 4 in early evening I believe is recommended, BUT everyone’s body is different. I tend to be constipated but this product has helped me tremendously. I have IBS. It works within 6-8 hrs. If you have consistent constipation I believe it gets your system back to a normal everyday healthy mode and away from consistent constipation. Best wishes with this product.

Moves it out
As someone with no stomach i get constipated fast. I take 1 or 2 together depending on my bowels movements. This does the trick. I take them at night and in the morning I go with no issues. No pain just smooth moving out. Worth the money and they last me .

Works great... tastes terrible.
It works well, but instead of tasting like mixed berries it tastes like raisins which I hate. So I have to knock it down one star since I hate chewing them.

Great for young ones
We have been using these Senakot gummies for several years now with our autistic son. They are essential for his gut and bowel health. Being a gummy with great berry flavor takes the fight out of trying to administer a liquid formula. These are absolutely wonderful for young children who suffer gut issues, and adults can use them too.

Works miracles well I’ll tell you they work very good. Just don’t take them in the car when you got a long ride lol maybe you’ll make it to the toilet but pretty gentle as far as stomach goes. Very effective

This works- but not for a few days. It's not a reliever, it's a softener. Taste sweet almost like a dessert.
