Very good cleans well. Mopping also good.

In just 3 months use, water pump stopped working, After sending it to service center they refused the claim under warranty because the they said we have used detergent in the water compartment, but we haven't used any detergent. Only liquid floor cleaner and tap water was used. We have hard water issue, due to that it was showing white water marks on the backside and due to this our taps also get clogged sometimes. But it was un intentional damage. If it was mentioned in the warranty that we need to use RO water, we could have done that. But warranty claim was refused and for the paid pump they said it would take more than 2 months to get the parts arranged. Quarter of the year is getting spent only to get the item repaired. Although suction works fine, It is only usable if you don't have too much things in your house, I do not recommend it if you have small children in your house because they will throw their toys and puzzles everywhere and you have to clean everything and reach to the areas where you generally do not go to clean. Which makes your efforts double. If you are looking robot for Mop feature it is not good either because it will leave marks on the floor whichever direction it goes to. It is like you hold a wet towel in your hand which is touching the floor and you are walking, which means if there is a simple mark on the floor it will stay as it is. Overall. -Suction quality adequate -Mop feature is just a gimmick if you have children in your home - Only good for working people who doesn't stay home much and have only minimal things in the house.

Black colour is long lasting . It's a anker product which seriously show good built quality. Less noise and good battery backup Cleaning isuch better than daily help Intelligent algorithm is clearly visible. Mopping takes 1/10 water when compared to domestic help . It's a short term review, rather I say unboxing review. Need to spend few months to expirence an detailed review. Over all worth a try !

Bought L60 SES during summer sale for 19,999 and delivered on time. Item working fine for the last couple of weeks. Here are my pros and cons. Cons. 1. Replacement dust bag, Side brush, Main Brush or filter is not available with Eufy in India, whener your try to order the item the app takes you to EU store or US Store both of which by the way do not ship to India. I emailed eufy customer service and the reply was the items are not available in Indian store and they don't have any clue about when this will be back in store or ever be back. So keep in mind when you order especially the SES version, whats the point when you don't have a replacement dust bag. 2. Battery life is okish, depends on the size of your house and for me it's OK. One thing to note is that the vaccum looses battery even if it's idling in the dock if the dock is not hooked to the mains. One time even though vaccum was full battery and there was a power shutdown for 24 hours due to severe rains here and the vaccum shutdown on its own due to low battery even when the vaccum was not used. 3. Vaccum cannot detect low lying objects below it's Lidar level at short distances, it will frequently bump in to small things and charging wires and end up blocking the brush or get stuck. You will be always on the lookout for your chappal as the vaccum will push this to the corners or wall as the bump mechanism or lidar cannot detect the item. I got over this by re arranging the house little bit and placing virtual walls wherever I don't want the vaccum to go. 4. The so called hair detangling technology in the SES version simply won't work, everytime you will have to go through the pain of manually detangling the brush. So do not order the SES version simply for this, it just don't work. Pros. 1. In the cleaning department the vaccum is very impressive, you simply don't believe how much dirt built in your house, underneath furnitures, in the corners and all once the dust box is opened. 2. For those having pets live in your home I would recommend this as the amount of pet hair picked by this simply impressive, you never believe the results. 3. For vaccuming the carpets I recommend this and it has got auto boost whenever the robot detects a carpet which is really good. Overall a good value for money purchase with replacement accessory issues for future.

It’s just one week since I got this product. It meets my expectations in terms of performance. I don’t know about product support as there has been no need so far. Allow it free (without any obstruction) to do its mapping which is critical, and define ‘no go zone’ clearly though anti drop sensors work quite well. 2nd Review : It is now more than 2 months, ROBO is doing its job very well. So far So nice.

Good and very effective, easy to use and maintain. But also consider that maintenance kit / consumables are very costly.

1700ft of mostly smooth surfaces, 20% carpets, cleaning it all wonderfully. About to add the second floor. :) Only had it for a short time, so far this is awesome! Its not great at getting into tight corners, but it also gets into places we missed vacuuming regularly like under beds, under dressers, etc. makes up for a few missed corners. I see this taking the bulk of floor cleaning off our hands. It doesn't like a really thick rug, alpaca type fibers but not many vacuums do. Hair removal feature is nice, i did have to clear the brush manually once. I was going to go with a cheaper model, got this on sale and very happy to have spent the extra. Mop feature is nice for in between larger cleaning. Swiffer like cleaning is what I would compare to. Vacuums at the same time as mopping.

Desde el primer día le hemos dado batalla y a funcionado excelente. Tengo una perrita y una gatita, sueltan bastante pelo, pero no ha sido problema para la aspiradora. Para mí, sus dos funciones de aspirar y trapear, son excelentes. Mi casa se ve limpia todos los días!! Duré 3 semanas sin hacer la limpieza profunda y la casa sigue viéndose impecable. Lo que si hago es levantar todo lo que le puede estorbar a su paso para que pueda limpiar sin problemas. También algo que me gustó mucho es que la aplicación es muy fácil de usar. Puedes configurar para que todos los días a x hora limpie, las veces que quieres que se vacíe, si quieres que de una o dos vueltas, con que intensidad aspira o cuanta agua usa. La verdad me encantó!!!! El único "pero" que podría encontrarle es que a veces, cuando sale de su estación, ella mapea para moverse y si hay algo en frente de ella, se tarda mucho en orientarse, y va a varios lugares de la casa hasta que logra saber dónde está. Ésto ha pasado en contadas ocasiones, para mi no es un problema. También me gustó bastante que mi esposo también tiene la aplicación y también la puede usar, es importante que cuando bajen la aplicación, y estén introduciendo los datos que les solicitan, se fijen que si esté el país en el que se encuentran, esta opción está en la parte superior derecha. Sino hacen esto, no podrán compartir la aplicación, a nosotros nos paso. Pero borramos la cuenta que hizo con pais de estados unidos y creamos una nueva en México y asunto arreglado. Para mi fue un gran acierto. La volvería a comprar!

I hope this review isn't premature because I've only had the item for a few days. Having not had a robot vacuum before, I didn't know what to expect. The set up was very easy and the app walks you through the process. The robot initially ran around my 1300sqft home mapping the rooms I hadn't closed the doors on or blocked off; which probably wasn't necessary because the robot didn't clean, just map, and automatically grouped my home into rooms. Using the app to clean, you can tell the robot to clean a room, a zone, or the whole house. So far, he's done an pretty okay job of picking up my cats hair and avoiding the stuff on the ground. It doesn't seem to do well auto-emptying all the hairs its picking up, though. Overall a very cool, reasonably priced, good introductory robot vacuum.

This is my second robot vacuum-mop combo and I like this Eufy brand much better the slightly cheaper MONSGA brand that I purchased for a different house when this model wasn’t available. This Eufy L60 Hybrid has easy to use software that is loaded as an App on my iPhone. The App makes it easy to modify the floor plan map to define areas to clean or avoid. In contrast the MONSGA brand has an App that makes it very difficult to split rooms or define areas to clean. Before using either of my robot vacuums I move the kitchen chairs, barstools and kitchen mats out of the area (otherwise the vacuums spends too much time navigating around chair legs). Another option would be to define a “no-go” zone around the table/chair area, but I like the area under the table to be swept. I have to set my Eufy Vacuum and my other brand of vacuum to the highest suction level in order for them to adequately pick-up crumbs/debris. Typically I remove the mop pad and just use the vacuum/sweeping for the first pass in the kitchen, hall and family room. Then I fill the reservoir with hot water, dampen the mop pad and attach it to the underside of the vacuum and have it damp mop the area. Unfortunately it doesn’t remove any dried on stains as it is just is a light damp mop so I just wipe up sticky stains by hand. There is no dirty water tank as it’s just using clean water to keep the mop pad damp. After the mopping session is complete some water may still be in the water reservoir. It’s fine to leave the water in there for a week or so, but I will definitely empty it before leaving on vacation. While both make some noise, they are not overly loud. They only get loud for the brief 20 seconds when they automatically empty debris into the docking station. I like the convenience of not emptying the vacuum manually so having a docking station is worth it. If there is a power outage the vacuums will go off-line. To re-establish a Wi-Fi connection I take it into the room with our router and press the two buttons simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds. Voice commands from the vacuum will say if it’s back on-line. Once it’s back on-line I can use the App on my iPhone to tell it what areas to clean. While I can sweep and mop much faster than the robot, I still find it nice to use robot vac while I’m doing something else such as working out or taking a walk. If you have a very small home it’s probably easier to just sweep/mop manually, but for larger homes with kids and pets could be worth it to use a robot vacuum.
