So...I paid to get the excellent condition refurbished. And as far as I can tell, other than a miniscule dent on the frame, and a small depression in the screen at the hinge....thing's mint. For fifty percent off, I can't complain. It's fast. It's smart. And it'll play smaller PC games and even ps2 games on an emulator. I love it. Thanks, guys. Much needed upgrade from the iPhone se3.

I was only able to use this phone for about five months with mild success. For the last two months, the external screen completely died. Even notifications would not go to the external screen; the screen always showed black.After installing the latest update around the end of March, the phone completely died and became unusable. It took me a long time to extract all the pertinent information so I was able to move back to my previous phone. What a waste of money.

This is my first smart flip phone and I'm already in love. Note that in the listing it does say "AT&T Unlocked." Some reported issues in reviews however I just put my sim card in, powered on the phone, went through setup, and everything just worked so yes, these are unlocked devices. The price for last year's Motorola flagship is great, even as a refurbished device. Mine was stated as in 'excellent' condition and it looks brand new, not a knick or scratch or anything on it. The vegan leather backing feels great in your hand however I always opt to put mine in a case for added protection. The 4" external display is amazing....apps just work on the external display without any issue. I watch a lot of stream on Twitch and I can watch them on the external display! I imagine that I'm rarely gonna need to actually open the phone to do what I need to do on my phone. I am in absolute love with this phone. I had one of the original Razr's back in the day and Motorola is truly following up their past excellence with this rebirth of the Razr. Just get this phone!!!!

This phone is amazing. Coming from an iPhone, I welcome all the improvements offered here, like a high refresh rate on my internal and external screen- Or the excellent camera. And the incredible battery life. And the beautiful bright screens. Google Wallet works seamlessly, even with the device closed. 45watt turbo charging. On sale (renewed) for $389, I couldn't resist- and I'm glad I didn't. I've owned a Samsung Z flip 3 in the past, which really didn't meet the moment, and I eventually switched to iPhone. Come to today, the Moto Razr 2024+ absolutely blows the Samsung out of the water, especially in terms of practicality. The external screen is actually usable, you're not limited to any special widgets or apps. Highly recommend, especially if you can snag it for $389 like I did. My renewed item was practically new, sans OEM box/charger. Seller offered great support with my order as well. A+

I am very disappointed in this phone says it is unlocked when in fact it does not appear to be. Keeps asking for an AT&T SIM card and when I put in my Verizon it says wrong SIM card and to install an AT&T sim. Was really looking forward to using this phone. I have used many unlocked phones and have never had this issue. UPDATE went ahead and completed setup and phone recognized SIM card and so far so good works flawlessly. Problem is that the set up guide was left out of the package so I did not know the proper procedure for their phone. UPDATE just found out phone is not unlocked. How I found this out is as this was an ATT prepaid phone the hotspot is locked this not allowing hotspot usage on Verizon network. Also no access to visual voicemail. Contacted ATT to get phone unlocked and they said I had to use the prepaid app to unlock but since I do not have a ATT sim card I can not do that. When contacted by customer service of the seller was told I had to enter a code to unlock well I was never given that option during setup so I am out of several hundred dollars for a phone that can not be used with all options on my network.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, a flip phone especially, but I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. I bought an "excellent" grade refurbished 2024 Razr Plus and it is indistinguishable from a brand new phone from the manufacturer cosmetically. The phone performs perfectly as well. No issues at all. This is also a ridiculously cool phone. I am switching from a S24 that was working just fine but I was bored with slab phones. This phone is actually crazy fun and interesting to use. I am keeping my S24 as backup just in case this one develops issues, which it may as this is still newish tech and flip phone durability just isn't as good as a slab phone. However, I will absolutely love every minute of using this Razr Plus 2024 until it breaks. -- I never post reviews as I am lazy, but I just had to for this awesome and fun phone.

After less than a year of owning, the screen protector started to peel on its own. And it got to the point where it bubbled so bad, that it made the phone unusable... I tried to take it into a repair person, who absolutely could not figure out the screen protector I had purchased, could not get it to stick to the phone, etc... as a result, I had to forgo using a screen protector altogether, which led to me eventually bumping the screen (not even that hard) and it now has a cluster of dead pixels that is extremely distracting. I ended up replacing this phone altogether because it was actually cheaper to start a payment plan for a whole new phone then it was to get this one's screen fixed, because the screens alone cost like $200! Additionally, despite several sources saying that this can be used with straight talk, it could not. I had to switch to boost Mobile in order to use it. Otherwise? This is a fun and very functional phone and I've had a blast with it. The screen has clear visuals, you can't even see the fold crease, there is a lot of fun features, etc. however, it does have some trouble connecting in places where the signal is weaker. Like, places I could have used the phone I had before this one, I suddenly could not get a signal at all with this one. But hey, if you live in an area where there aren't a lot of dead zones or close to dead zones, you should be fine. Battery life is decent, but if you're running big apps that take a lot of space or processing, the battery drains really quickly. With all of that in mind, if you decide to get this phone, make sure that you also get some screen protectors. And do keep in mind that not every phone repairman is going to know how to apply them... It is very frustrating that a phone was such an expensive screen absolutely needs a protector or a small little thing is going to ruin the whole thing. I suppose that wouldn't be such a bad thing if the protector it came with didn't start to peel on its own. If it weren't for that detail, I would still consider this worth the purchase despite the other nitpicks. But really, it's not. Though for the price, I'm sure some people could use this to hold themselves over for a few months while they saved up for one of the phones that's over $1,000 or something. Just be very careful if you use this, and don't give it to your younger kid. As for me I don't have any kids and was very considerate and careful with it and it still fell to what I can only assume is planned obsolescence.

I am very happy with my Moto Razr+. Been a long time Samsung user and it was very easy to transition. It's a fun phone and so far does everything that I need it to and more.

Says unlocked ... It was not. AT+T network locked prepaid phone came. Said to use unlockapp which was not installed. Could not troubleshoot via AT+T nor a mobile phone repair place. Had to send back, quite the hassle! Phone is wonderful if I could set up sim to my network Love me a Motorola RAZR flip.
