Great kit.
Finished building with my son. We are loving it. Doesn't go together perfectly. Had to do some grinding to get the drum brakes to work. Also, the "keys" don't work very well. Had to grind them manually to get them to really hold things together.

How to make an Azusa go kart usable.
1. The drive sprocket is junk. The break are not good. The sprocket and break do not have set screws over the keyways and the shaft keys fall out. Purchase a disc break kit and an Americanmade Maritn sprocket. Be sure to weld a gusset to tube on the front wheel spindles. The 1" tube is very thin and will bend the first time the front wheel hits anything. We added 4 pieces if 1 1/4" x 14" tube as sleeves to make the frames 12" longer so a person over 5' 4" could drive it. We also added 1" shaft collars to the drive shaft to help hold from slipping. All of us welded front bumpers using 1" tube. This experience is from 7Azusa cars.

I would recommend that people look around for a better deal
This appears to be the same kit that azusaparts actually sells (part #3557), with 5" wheels. There is also a kit that includes 6" wheels, which allows bigger, wider tires and costs a bit more. If so, the pricing here appears to be on the higher side, even for the 6" wheels. I would recommend that people look around for a better deal...
