From the pieces to the picture, it's a 10/10! The plastic pieces are so nice because you can pick up the puzzle once it's finished without any glue! Plastic keeps the pieces tighter too rather than foldable cardboard. Great puzzle, great quality! I love it!

I can't say enough praise about the way the puzzles are made. Pintoo is great! No sorting out the pieces and making the outline. It's done for you. all you have to do is pick a bag and start assembling. The bags are numbered and you can go in order or not. It's what puts them at the top of the game. No one else has thought about incorporating the frame into the puzzle AND having put them together by a fraction at a time. This is my 4th puzzle, I believe and will always recommend them. Very colorful puzzle and not once have I had a piece missing. *Wil post pic when complete*

This is my first plastic piece puzzle so it's pretty neat seeing pieces that are so muchore durable than the normal cardboard. The instruction card includes a QR code to contact them for missing pieces, but hopefully I won't need to use that service. The one big downside for us is the artwork is much over the top PINK than I realized in the product photos. What looks red is more pastel, like a dark pink.
