Yes, it has connector pieces that are made of plastic. To me, that's agiven at this price point. It's clearly thick, high-quality plastic and not flimsy/thin/cheap plastic. The images you see with the reviews of broken ones look like they have undergone some serious abuse. It's clear that this rack was designed to function well for the average person (who isn't hanging bricks on it) who follows instructions (is actually tightening the screws enough such that the poles can't easily lean over and break the plastic - everything has a breaking point) and to be inexpensive at the same time. The angled pieces at the bottom of the rack (in a "T" shape on either side, plus one additional socket for the vertical rod) are reinforced with more plastic at the diagonal... if that makes any sense. You know how frogs have webbed feet? It's like there is a "web" across the diagonals of the plastic pieces. Anyways, I thought that meant it was a decent quality product because I've had similar plastic/metal products that didn't have that kind of reinforcement. I like mine. It was exactly what I wanted because I can adjust it to fit my closet both vertically and horizontally and it had a middle pole & no other unnecessary things I saw on other products. The only issue I had was with the casters. I replaced them. I didn't have a problem with that because I feel like I got a good quality rack for the price.

For the price, this product is great. I use it to hang our laundry before/after it gets ironed and I've had 20-30 garments on it at a time and it's quite sturdy. I roll it between my laundry room and basement living room to iron, so not very far, but it holds up. It was easy to put together - maybe 2 seconds of frustration total - and had simple instructions. My only things I don't love about it are that all 4 wheels don't have brakes (though I suppose I could move one braked wheel to each side and hope it stayed put that way) and that the bar in the middle isn't high enough to keep the bottoms of my husband's dress shirts from being folded up a little at the bottom. I haven't raised the top to it's highest capacity (though it's close) and even that isn't tall enough for the shirts. However, since I don't keep things on here for very long, it was a great buy. I'd recommend it for light rolling rack use.

Just put it together (took me about 20 minutes.) Aside from one piece being mismarked on the bag (right part, but marked wrong) and one of the bottom pieces having the holes for the castors turned to the side instead of facing downward (was easy to unscrew part and turn it downward), it was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It is exactly how it is described and as big as I had hoped. I almost got the one that is half the price (about $17) but I read the reviews for that one and was concerned, so I got the one for $32 (this one) and am glad I did as the pieces are metal, not plastic, except of course for the castors. You are provided with a small wrench, but will also need a Phillips head screw driver (a dull knife will do in a pinch - it's just two easy screws.) Very happy with the product.

These looked great in the listing, but the actual design is pretty disappointing. The biggest issue is that you cannot install two units flush side-by-side because of the way the brackets and rods are designed. It leaves an awkward gap and makes it impossible to create a clean continuous closet system. The quality also feels much weaker than expected. We literally just installed them and the hanging bars are already visibly bending under normal clothing weight - nothing excessive. For something marketed as a closet storage solution, I don’t have much confidence these will hold up long term. Overall, the design is poorly thought out, especially if you’re trying to do a larger closet setup, and the durability does not match the price. Would not purchase again.

The three piece shelf had wooden pegs to assemble it. They were a little delicate. I broke one during assembly and had to make a new one the finished product on the wall looks great. The clothes rod is perfect in my laundry room.

I bought for the colors and ignored the reviews … the top shelf is not one solid piece of wood but instead is three small pieces. Looks ridiculously cheap and unstable. Super regretful buying and def am returning!

As one of the lowest priced options for laundry room wall-mounted clothes racks, it's clear as to why it is the lowest price. As one of many product clones, it's clear that no thought was put into how this would be mounted onto the wall of a typical American home. Be prepared to use alternate hardware because unless you live in a forest cabin the appropriate dry wall hardware was not provided. The picture instructions give two scenarios for wall-mounting: "solid wall" and "wood wall". For "solid wall" you are to use the dry wall anchors and wood screws provided and for "wood wall" you can just use the wood screws. Now most people at this point would say "screw it into the wall stud". The problem is the fixed length of this product does not line up with how far apart wall studs typically are. You can anchor into one, but not both. Also, the bracket is 3" wide so you can only screw two of the three screws into the wall stud for the side that does anchor to a stud. Not really a problem, but just further demonstrates the lack of thought that went into this product. Assuming that "solid wall" is meant to be dry wall, the anchors and wood screws provided are about 3" long. This hardware will not anchor into dry wall. The anchors are so long that the part that is supposed to anchor in the dry wall floats in the air on the other side. The screw will not catch because there is no pressure to hold the screw. It is easy enough to get the correct hardware to mount this on the wall, but if you're not familiar with mounting weight bearing items to dry wall and would need a more ready-to-go product, I'd give this one a pass. Once we got it mounted to the wall, it looks nice but the bar where the clothes hang is not very strong. It comes in three pieces held together with 3 screws. With 3 jackets hanging in the middle the bar bows down from their weight. This would not be suitable for heavy overcoats or wool jackets.

This was easy to put together lightweight but sturdy and looks great in my laundry room. It’s functional but also displays my trinkets

This is a good clothing rack. Maneuverability could be a bit better, it can't tip when moving it. Holds a lot of stuff. Keep your heaviest clothes on the lower bar so it doesn't become top heavy.

We ordered it to display clothes in a museum...it'll work great for that.

This came really quickly, it was very easy to put together (they must have fixed past problems with instructions) and is really sturdy. Very happy with it!

The 3 panels of the shelf do not fit tightly together and sit slightly out of alignment. Minor detractor. Otherwise a good sturdy shelf.
