LOVE this. It makes sleeping upright a million times easier. Rolls up tightly to fit in the small case. Love the included eye mask. Color is gorgeous. Plenty of support. Firmness is perfection - honestly, sometimes I just can't sleep laying down and this makes a regular comfortable chair just right. Would 100% buy again.

This travel pillow is able to be scrunched smaller to fit into its bag, thus in the carryon. Handy. However, I tried it several times on long haul flights from Europe. It is just TOO HOT! I could not get comfortable enough to even doze off. It does fit correctly but the soft/flannel fabrics are not comfortable for me with the planes warmer than normal especially.

This is a very reasonably priced item with several good features. It can be adjusted to fit one's neck size and comes with a washable cover. The memory foam provides adequate support for my needs and sits quite comfortably around my neck. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Comfortable, adjustable (one of the best things as it can cater to different people) and easy to pack. The only downside is that it might obstruct with your headphone depending on how big your headphone is. My headphone has a wire that needs to connect at the bottom, which in turn obstructs with the neck pillow. Minor issue for me but can be troublesome for others.
