This product works well. It not only helps with my leg cramps from a statin but I sleep really well now too!

First of all, this is a reputable brand that integrative doctors recommend. I have tried other magnesium supplements before, but have never been consistent with them. I take them a few nights, don’t notice a difference, and stop. What I didn’t realize is you have to give it more time. At least a week or two, maybe even more depending on what your magnesium levels are at the time you start. So, I gave it a week, and amazingly noticed a difference in being able to fall asleep faster which was always my issue. I got my labs checked after taking 2 for at least a month. Magnesium was still low normal, not optimal, so I increased to 3. I still can’t get more than 6.5-7 hours a night and do wake a few times a night but it is still so much improved over 4-5 hours sometimes and I feel functional during the day. I am happy with that! Maybe after a month or so with a higher dose it will improve. So I do recommend!! I also recommend Function Health for lab work. You don’t need a doctors order for your labs. They don’t use insurance and it’s actually cheaper. It’s a membership plan and you get so many more labs with an in depth look at your complete health picture with suggestions on how to improve anything that is not within range. All you have to do is go get your labs done and get all the information online! I’m on my second year and love it!

This Magnesium Glycinate seem to work for me. I take 2 at night. I've used other name brands. They didn't work. They had a lower dose per capsule.

Definitely has an additive effect to my supplements. I am glad this was added to my arsenal to help with sleep, and leg cramping.

I took this for years and then forgot to order for a while and stopped taking it. I realized that my night time muscle spasms had returned and I wasn't sleeping well. I started taking it again and the cramps in my legs stopped and I started sleeping better again. Just 2 pills at night and I feel great again.

This product has helped me have daily bowl movements. I used to have to wait days before I could go. Well worth the money.

I really like this product. I had been taking Magnesium Citrate for about a year and then read that this combination was better. I noticed pretty quickly that I felt much calmer and slept better with this brand. I always have had some pretty crazy dreams and have noticed the dreams have subsided. I take 2 pills at bedtime.

These are the best value for money magnesium supplements I have found. I have to have clean supplements because of a health condition. Since using these ive had no side effects so im sticking to them. My sleep is fantastic too
